General requirements for labor protection 1.1. This Instruction was developed on the basis of the Procedure for Organizing Collection and Delivery of Values by Collection Units of Sberbank of Russia dated April 15.04.2002, 922 No. 30.11.2001-r, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (Federal Law dated November 197, XNUMX No. XNUMX-FZ) in order to comply with labor protection and safety precautions in organizing the work of collection units of the bank and branches. 1.2. The head of the cash collection unit, together with an official from among the management staff, appointed by order for the bank, are personally responsible for the organization of work and the safety of the team of cash collectors. 1.3. Employees of the collection unit are required to: know and comply with the requirements of the Procedure for organizing collection and delivery of valuables by the bank's collection units; official and functional duties; own hand-to-hand combat techniques and fixed weapons, first aid skills and skillfully apply them in official activities; comply with safety regulations and fire safety regulations. 1.4. To perform their official duties, employees of the cash collection unit, including those undergoing a trial period and having received permission to keep and carry weapons, are provided by the bank with combat hand weapons, overalls and personal protective equipment (body armor) and equipment. 1.5. Employees of the cash collection unit directly involved in the performance of cash collection operations are sent for a mandatory periodic medical examination within a period not exceeding those established by the current regulatory acts of the Russian Federation. In case of doubts about the state of health, individual cash collection workers, by decision of the head of the bank, may be sent for medical re-examination ahead of schedule. 1.6. Persons who have reached the age of 18, fit for health reasons, have been tested by the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and trained in special courses for security guards according to the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are allowed to work in the collection unit of the bank. 1.7. When applying for a job at the cash collection unit, you must provide documents confirming the absence of medical contraindications for work related to carrying and using weapons (and driving a special vehicle - for collector drivers): conclusion of the established form on examinations for the absence of contraindications from neuropsychiatric and narcological dispensaries for their activity profile. 1.8. For persons hired by the collection unit, the head of the bank sets a trial period of three months. Not later than 10 days before the end of the probationary period, the candidate submits a test on knowledge of the rules for collection and transportation of valuables of the commission appointed by the order of the head of the bank. 2. Preparation for carrying out collection operations 2.1. To accommodate the cash collection unit, the bank allocates the following office premises and workplaces:

To this end, the head of the collection unit plans the work of the unit, maintains high discipline in the unit, and ensures strict compliance with the established norms and rules for labor protection and safety. 2.3. To carry out collection operations, the head of the bank division forms teams of collectors. The quantitative composition of the brigades of collectors is determined depending on the volume and complexity of the work. 2.4. The head of the cash collection unit conducts a survey of the places of entry of special vehicles to the buildings, organizes the escort of collectors with valuables (if there is security), draws up a diagram of each route for the teams of collectors. 2.5. For each working day, the head of the collection department of the bank appoints an on-duty collector from among the senior collectors ordered by the bank. In the branches of the South-Western Bank, in the absence of the possibility of assigning an on-duty collector, his duties are performed by the head of the collection department. 2.6. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In the event of an emergency on the route, each member of the brigade of collectors:
Weapons assigned to cash collection workers by order of the head of the bank are used only in cases and in the manner established by federal laws. 4.2. The senior brigade immediately reports all emergencies and incidents on the route by means of communication to the duty collector in order to take the necessary measures to assist the brigade of collectors and eliminate the consequences of emergency circumstances. Having received a message from the brigade of collectors about an emergency situation on the route, the duty collector immediately transfers the information to the head of the collection department (deputy) and to the bank's security department (duty security service). 4.3. The duty collector instructs the reserve team to prepare for departure and, at the direction of the head of the collection department or independently in their absence, sends it to the scene.
