1.7. About each accident with the participants of the mass event, immediately inform the head of the event and the administration of the institution, take measures to provide first aid to the victim.

1.8. At the time of the mass event, the duty of employees consisting of at least two people must be ensured.

1.9. Persons who have failed to comply with or violate the instructions on / labor protection are subject to disciplinary liability in accordance with the internal labor regulations and, if necessary, are subjected to an extraordinary examination of knowledge of the norms and rules of labor protection.

2. Security requirements before holding a mass event

2.1. By order of the head, appoint responsible persons for holding a mass event. Bring the order to the responsible persons against signature.

2.2. Conduct a targeted briefing on labor protection for designated responsible persons with an entry in the briefing log at the workplace.

2.3. Conduct a briefing on labor protection for participants in a mass event with an entry in the journal of the established form.

2.4. Thoroughly check all premises, evacuation routes and exits for compliance with their fire safety requirements, as well as make sure that primary fire extinguishing, communications and fire automatics are available and in good condition.

2.5. Ventilate the premises where mass events will be held and carry out wet cleaning.

3. Security requirements during a mass event

3.1. In the room where the mass event is held, appointed responsible persons must be inseparably present.

3.2. Strictly follow all the instructions of the leader when holding a mass event, do not take any action on your own.

3.3. All evacuation exits during a mass event are closed with easy-to-open locks, the "Exit" light indicators must be on.

3.4. The Christmas tree should be installed on a stable base in such a way that it is not difficult to leave the room. Tree branches should be at least 1 m away from walls and ceilings. It is forbidden to use home-made electric garlands, toys made of flammable materials, cotton wool to decorate the Christmas tree.

3.5. When holding a mass event, it is prohibited to use open fire (torches, candles, fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, firecrackers, etc.), arrange lighting effects using chemicals and other substances that can cause a fire.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of a fire, immediately, without panic, evacuate students and pupils from the building using all available emergency exits, report the fire to the nearest fire station and proceed to extinguish the fire using primary fire extinguishing equipment.

4.2. If a participant in a mass event is injured, immediately inform the head of the event and the administration of the institution, provide first aid to the victim, and, if necessary, send him to the nearest medical institution.

5. Security requirements at the end of the mass event

5.1. Remove inventory and equipment to designated area.

5.2. Thoroughly ventilate the room and carry out wet cleaning.

5.3. Check the fire condition of the premises, close windows, vents, transoms and turn off the lights.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

Energy storage in microchips 17.02.2016

Researchers at Drexel University in the USA and Paul Sabatier University in France have developed a method for the industrial production of microchips with integrated microsupercapacitors. In other words, they combined the processor and power supply in one product.

"Our ambitious goal required a lot of time to implement. We wanted not just to reduce the size of the energy source to the size of a microchip, but to make it part of the latter," said Patrice Simon, a project participant from Paul Sabatier University. a way to introduce the production of such microsupercapacitors into the modern process of manufacturing semiconductor products". In the course of their work, the researchers encountered a number of problems. The most difficult of them turned out to be: ensuring the compatibility of the material of microsupercapacitors with materials of microchips, mechanical strength and durability.

The method developed by the researchers for applying carbon molecules to a silicon substrate turned out to be similar to the methods used in the modern microelectronic industry. In the laboratory, they learned how to deposit carbon wafers on silicon substrates of various sizes and configurations, creating dozens of micro-supercapacitors on them.

Supercapacitors are able to store large amounts of energy in a small volume, which makes them attractive for microelectronics. You can instantly "pump" energy into them, and you can extract it from them just as quickly. And their service life is practically unlimited.

“In the future, the results of our experiments can be easily seen, because they will help make consumer electronics lighter and more compact,” the project participants noted. “But, more importantly, the ability to store energy directly in chips will be useful for the further development of the Internet of things.”

The researchers added that the manufacturing method they developed allows micro-supercapacitors to be integrated into chips designed for devices of all sizes, from smartwatches to laptops.
