Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Each worker, upon entering work, must undergo an introductory general safety briefing, and when transferred from one job to another (at least for a short time), as well as from one workshop to another, he must undergo a safety briefing from the foreman at the place where he will serve.

1.2. Persons at least 18 years of age who have been trained in maintenance, safe methods and techniques of working on photoelectronic machines, who have studied the safety instructions and who have undergone on-the-job training are allowed to work independently as a pattern spreader (measurer - in terms of work on measuring the areas of patterns of product parts). .

1.3. The IL-11 machine is designed for measuring the area of patterns cut from thick (opaque) types of paper or cardboard.

1.4. The operator of the machine must:

know the principle of operation of the serviced machine;
to study and improve methods of safe work;
perform only assigned work; work only on working equipment.

1.5. The temperature in the room where the machine is installed must be maintained: 16-20°C in winter, 20-25°C in summer.

1.6. Dangerous places of the car are:

movable carriage (the passage between the wall and the machine must be at least 0,6 m)
turret zone
electrical cabinet
power supply and photomultiplier unit (they are under high voltage - up to 2000 volts).

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Make sure the clothing is correct. Remove hair under a hungry headdress.

2.2. Check your workplace, make sure it is adequately lit and not cluttered.

2.3. Check by external inspection the presence and fastening of the ground wire and the absence of bare wires.

2.4. If, during inspection of the machine, malfunctions are discovered (machine counting lamps do not light up, the carriage does not move, the engine hums unnaturally, etc.), you must immediately turn off the machine by turning the bag handle, inform the workshop manager and do not start work until the malfunctions are completely resolved.

2.5. 40-50 minutes before starting work, turn on the stand and electronic device.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. Make sure that all components of the mechanisms are working properly and that the carriage moves smoothly.

3.2. Periodically, through a qualified specialist, adjust the electronic counting device to restore the lost accuracy of the measure, because During operation, lighting and electronic equipment ages and their parameters change.

3.3. Keep unauthorized persons out of the car.

3.4. Do not leave the switched on machine unattended.

3.5. To avoid injury, do not touch the turret tubes with your hands or foreign objects while it is rotating.

3.6. When the machine is connected to the mains, do not open the electrical cabinet.

3.7. To avoid electric shock, do not change lamps or touch devices installed on the units with your hands after applying voltage.

3.8. Lubricate and clean the machine only when the electric motor is switched off.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. If you are injured at work, you must immediately go to the first aid station and inform the shop manager about the incident.

4.2. If there is a sudden power outage or a malfunction is detected, immediately turn off the machine until power returns and turn it on only after the malfunction has been completely eliminated.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Disconnect the machine from the mains.

5.2. Clean and sanitize the machine.

5.3. Cover the car with a cover.

5.4. Notify the head of the workshop of any malfunctions noticed during operation.

5.5. Take personal hygiene measures.
