Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Persons at least 18 years old who have passed a medical examination, trained in the prescribed manner, passed a knowledge test in the commission and received a certificate for the right to operate a crane beam are allowed to operate an electric crane beam controlled from the floor.

3.3. It is forbidden to lift and transport the load on wire strands.

3.4. Before lifting and moving the load, the worker is obliged to inspect the place of storage, the presence of a passage to it and warn people working in the area of the load being moved.

3.5. When moving the load, the worker must follow the load being moved.

3.6. If the hoist motor does not pull with one press of the remote control button, repeated lifts are prohibited.

3.7. When laying the load, do not block the aisles of the workshop, approaches to electrical assemblies, knife switches.

3.8. It is forbidden to raise and lower the load on the guy.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of a malfunction of the mechanisms of the crane beam, movement of the crane, hoist, launcher, and other malfunctions that can lead to an emergency, the worker must:

if possible, lower the load;
suspend further operation of the crane until the malfunctions are eliminated;
notify the work manager;

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Raise the hook to the top position.

5.2. Install the crane beam at the repair site.

5.3. Turn off the breaker, close the breaker handle on the constipation.
