Origin: From the poetic fairy tale "The Little Humpbacked Horse" (1834) by the writer Pyotr Pavlovich Ershov (1815-1869).

An expression belonging to one of the closest friends of A. S. Pushkin, Pyotr Pavlovich Kaverin (1794-1855). Western Digital has announced the start of pilot production of 64-layer 3D NAND memory microchips (BICS3) with a capacity of 512 Gbps. These are the first products of this type in the world.
