According to the requirements of all modern management systems, the employer must develop and provide records management (on paper or in electronic form), which establishes and describes all the main procedures for managing labor protection in their interaction.

Documentation should be legible, easily identifiable, accompanied by an indication of the date of entry into force and the period of validity of the document. Documentation must be kept for the specified period. The procedure for developing, updating, storing and destroying documents of various types should be established. This order should be adjusted as necessary. At the same time, it should be remembered that the documentation must necessarily be in an amount sufficient for its effective use.

Office work on labor protection is organized within the framework of the general procedure for the workflow of a given employer and is carried out in accordance with this established procedure, taking into account the specifics of work on labor protection.

When organizing document flow, you should highlight:

1) external documentation,

2) organization management documentation,

3) subdivision documentation,

4) documents at workplaces.

Organization of document flow must meet the following requirements:

the passage of documents should be prompt, purposefully regulated and optimally implemented;
instances of passage and actions with documents that are not due to business necessity should be excluded. Each movement of the document must be justified.

At the end of the year, documents are selected to be included in the inventory and archived.

Note that all documentation on labor protection should be issued only against signature in order to avoid misunderstandings associated with the careless handling of individual workers with documentation on labor protection, up to its loss.

Greenland is losing ice catastrophically 24.08.2020

The Greenland ice sheet, which is the second largest, lost a record 2019 billion tons of ice in 532. In July alone, 223 billion tons of ice melted.

For comparison, in 2003-2016, Greenland was losing 255 billion tons of ice per year. Last year, the glacier lost 15% of its ice than in 2012, when most of the shield also melted.

According to scientists, the water that melted in Greenland in 2019 could flood the entire territory of the UK by 2,5 meters.

Melting ice is linked to climate change. 2019 was the third hottest year since the 1880s, with temperatures in the Arctic also rising to record highs. Scientists believe that a constant increase in temperature, a small amount of snowfall, and cloudless skies led to a record melt. Because of this, more sunlight hit the glacier.

In 2017-2018, Greenland experienced a record amount of snow, and the summer was abnormally cold. But the temporary cooling did not save from record melting in 2019.

By the end of the century, only because of the melting of the glaciers of Greenland, the sea level will rise by 10 centimeters, but in general it is expected that by 2100 the water level will rise by a meter. This means that London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and the islands in the Pacific Ocean may be under water. 300 million people around the world could be affected.

Earlier, an international group of scientists said that since 2000, the rate of melting of the Greenland ice sheet has jumped sharply and the snow that falls does not have time to compensate for the losses. The researchers argue that this process can no longer be stopped.
