The electrician of the repair and revision section is hired and dismissed from work by order of the head of the power supply distance.

Instructions for signaling on the railways of Ukraine;

Rules and procedure for testing devices and electrical measurements, typical types of damage and methods for their elimination;
Organization and technology of electrical work;
the procedure for drawing up schematic diagrams for new models of devices and equipment;

II. Official duties

The electrician of the repair and revision section performs the following job responsibilities:

In accordance with the instructions, it carries out maintenance of relay protection and automation devices (RPA) of VL-6,10,35,110,154, 3,3, XNUMX, XNUMX, XNUMX kV, busbars, transformers (including auxiliary transformers, traction and signaling), contact network feeders, signaling feeders and longitudinal power supply lines, earth fault protection in RP XNUMX kV, equipment of secondary circuits of remote control devices, control and signaling circuits.
Ensures good condition, trouble-free and reliable operation of devices and equipment, maintained by their correct operation, timely high-quality repair and modernization in accordance with maintenance instructions, approved drawings and diagrams, current technical conditions and standards.
It studies the operating conditions of devices, identifies the causes of premature wear, and takes measures to prevent and eliminate them.
Instructs workers using these devices on the rules for their operation.
Supervises the work of electricians, controls the quality of work performed in compliance with technology, labor protection rules, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
Participates in the elimination of malfunctions in the operation of devices, their repair, installation and adjustment, electrical measurements and tests.
Provides jobs with materials, raw materials, spare parts, measuring instruments, protective equipment, tools, fixtures, technical documentation.
Masters and implements progressive methods of maintenance, repair, installation and other works of the fixed type of devices.
Participates in the development of measures to improve the reliability, quality of work of fixed technical means, in the development and modernization of existing devices.
Participates in the preparation of orders for materials, spare parts, tools and ensures their economical and rational use.
Participates in the investigation of the causes of damage to equipment and the development of measures to prevent accidents and industrial injuries.

III. Rights

The electrician of the repair and revision area has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to those provided for in this Job Description.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.
