I. General Provisions

The draftsman belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has primary vocational education without requirements for work experience or secondary (complete) general education and special training according to an established program without requirements for work experience is appointed to the position of draftsman.
Appointment to the position of draftsman and dismissal from it are made by order of the director of the enterprise upon presentation.
The draftsman must know:

methodological and regulatory materials related to the performance of drawing work;
methods and means of performing drawing work, basics of technical drawing;
tools and devices used in drawing;
standards, specifications and instructions for drawing up drawings and other design documentation;
basics of labor organization;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation.

The draftsman reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the draftsman, his duties are performed by a person appointed in accordance with the established procedure. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Draftsman:

Performs drawing work (part drawings, assembly drawings, general view drawings, dimensional and installation drawings and other design documentation) according to sketch documents or from life in the required scale in ink or pencil in compliance with the rules of drawing.
Draws up diagrams, specifications, various statements and tables.
Makes necessary inscriptions and affixes symbols on drawings and other documents.
Performs individual official assignments of his immediate supervisor.

III. Rights

The draftsman has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization's management regarding its activities.
On issues within its competence, submit proposals to the management of the organization to improve the activities of the organization and improve the working methods of employees; comments on the activities of employees of the organization; options for eliminating shortcomings in the organization's activities.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the organization from the departments of the organization and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The draftsman is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
