I. General Provisions

The pumping unit operator is directly subordinate to _______.

The operator of pumping units is appointed to the position and dismissed by the head of the department in agreement with the head of the department.
When transferring to another job or being released from a position, the Pumping Unit Operator is responsible for the proper and timely delivery of work to the person taking up the current position, and in the absence of one, to the person replacing him or directly to his supervisor.
Must know:

arrangement and design of equipment for high-power pumping units equipped with engines, pumps and pipe pumps of various systems;
design and layout of outer chambers, wells, pipelines and filters;
automation and telemechanics of serviced equipment;
methods for testing serviced equipment;
a complete electrical circuit of the serviced object (site);
adjustment and repair of instrumentation and automatic control devices;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures (when servicing electrical installations in the scope of qualification group V) and fire protection.

II. Official duties

The pumping station operator performs the following job responsibilities:

Maintenance of pumping stations (substations, installations) equipped with pumps and pipe pumps of various systems with a total capacity of over 15000 cubic meters. m/h of water and pulp.
Maintenance of pumps and pumping units in the field, on construction sites and at industrial water intakes with a capacity of over 5000 cubic meters. m/h of water each.
Monitoring the uninterrupted operation of drive motor pumps, fittings and pipelines of the serviced area, as well as water pressure in the network.
Inspection and regulation of particularly complex pumping equipment, water pressure devices, control devices, automation and safety devices.
Identification and elimination of the most complex defects in pumping units.
Inspection and load testing of repaired equipment.
Maintenance of power and lighting installations.
Replacement of instrumentation.
Maintenance of electrical equipment with automatic process control.
Checking and troubleshooting electrical equipment.

III. Rights

The pumping unit operator has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
