I. General Provisions

This Job Description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of an electrician for secondary circuits.
An electrician for secondary circuits is appointed to a position and dismissed from a position in the manner established by the current labor legislation by order of the Head of the Organization.
The electrician for secondary circuits reports directly to the Organization.
A person with professional education and years of work experience in his specialty is appointed to the position of secondary circuit electrician (without presenting requirements for work experience).
The electrician for the secondary circuits must know:

main types of fasteners and structures;
main types of electrical equipment;
types and methods of electrical wiring;
fundamentals of the design of simple instruments, electrical devices and used electrified and pneumatic tools;
simple electrical circuits;
device and methods of using simple rigging means;
types of welding equipment used for electrical installation work and rules for using it.

During the period of temporary absence of an electrician on secondary circuits, his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

The secondary circuit electrician performs the following job responsibilities:

Performing simple installation work on secondary circuits.
Cable cutting up to 10 kV with temporary termination of the ends.
Installation of dowels.
Seal of passages for all types of wiring through walls and ceilings.
Rolling out wires and cables with the installation of drums.
Installation of grounding networks and zeroing devices.
Dismantling of simple devices and instruments (support insulators, switches and switches with lever drive, fuses, rheostats, current and voltage transformers, etc.).
Hole punching with power tools.
Installation of junction boxes for cables and wires.

III. Rights

The electrician on secondary circuits has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The secondary circuit installer is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
