I. General Provisions

This Job Description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the Crane Operator (Crane Operator) (hereinafter referred to as the "Crane Operator") in _______.
The crane operator is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the procedure established by the current labor legislation by order of the General Director _______.
The crane operator reports directly to _______.
A person who has a specialized secondary education and at least __ years of experience in the position of a Crane Operator is appointed to the position of a Crane Operator.
The crane operator must know:

device, kinematic and electrical diagrams of serviced cranes and mechanisms;
location of serviced production sites;
electrical engineering and plumbing.

During the period of temporary absence of the Crane Operator (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the General Director of the enterprise. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

The crane operator performs the following types of work:

Control of overhead and sluice cranes with a lifting capacity of over 100 tons, equipped with various lifting devices, when performing complex work on loading, unloading, reloading and transporting timber (more than 6 m long) and other similar goods, goods requiring increased caution, as well as when performing work installation of process equipment and related structures, stack and sectional assembly and disassembly of products, assemblies, assemblies, machines, mechanisms, landing and delivery of ingots and billets from heating furnaces, pouring metal, tilting products and machine parts during forging on hammers and presses, installation on the machine of parts, products and assemblies that require increased caution, and when performing construction and installation and repair and construction work.
Control of self-propelled tower cranes, gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 15 tons, stationary tower and gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 25 tons, equipped with various lifting devices, when performing complex work on loading, unloading, reloading and transporting forestry (more than 3 m long) and others similar cargoes, cargoes requiring increased caution, as well as when performing work on the installation of technological equipment and related structures, slipway and sectional assembly and disassembly of products, assemblies, assemblies, machines, mechanisms and when performing construction and installation and repair and construction works .
Management of cable and floating cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 10 tons, equipped with various lifting devices, when performing all types of work.
Management of caterpillar, pneumatic wheel and self-propelled railway cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 25 tons, equipped with various lifting devices, when performing all types of work (except for construction and installation and repair and construction work).
Management of caterpillar and pneumatic wheel cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 10 tons and self-propelled railway cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 15 tons, equipped with various lifting devices, when performing construction and installation and repair and construction works.

III. Rights

The crane operator has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The crane operator is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
