I. General Provisions

The teacher-organizer belongs to the category of specialists.
A person with a secondary vocational education (without presenting requirements for work experience; teaching experience: from 2 to 5 years; from 5 to 10 years; over 10 years) or higher professional education (without presenting requirements for work experience) work; teaching experience: from 2 to 5 years; from 5 to 10 years; over 10 years) or qualification category (II, I, highest).
Appointment to the position of a teacher-organizer and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the institution on the proposal of _______.
The facilitator must know:

Ukrainian legislation;
the Convention on the Rights of the Child;
age and special pedagogy and psychology, physiology, hygiene;
the specifics of the development of the interests and needs of students (pupils), the basis of their creative activity.
methodology for finding and supporting young talents;
content, methodology and organization of one of the types of creative activity;
scientific and technical, aesthetic, tourist and local history, health and sports, leisure, recreation and entertainment;
study programs for circles, sections, studios, club associations;
the basics of the activities of children's groups, organizations and associations;
norms and rules of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

The teacher-organizer reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the teacher-organizer (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of the institution.

II. Official duties

Educator-organizer:

It promotes the development of personality, talents and abilities, the formation of a common culture of students (pupils, children), pedagogization of the social sphere.
It studies the age and psychological characteristics, interests and needs of students (pupils, children) in institutions and at the place of residence, creates conditions for their implementation in various types of creative activity.
Organizes the work of children's clubs, circles, sections and other amateur associations, a variety of individual and joint activities of students (pupils, children) and adults.
Supervises the work in one of the areas of activity of the institution: technical, artistic, sports, tourism and local history, etc.
Promotes the realization of the rights of the child to create children's associations, associations.
Organizes evenings, holidays, hikes, excursions, supports socially significant initiatives of students (pupils, children) in the field of their free time, leisure and entertainment.
Involves employees of cultural and sports institutions, parents, and the public in working with students (pupils, children).
Provides support to children's cooperatives, other forms of organization of work of students (pupils, children).
Organizes holidays for students (pupils, children), is responsible for their life and health during the educational process.

III. Rights

The organizer teacher has the right:
Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the institution regarding its activities.
On issues within its competence, submit for consideration by the management of the institution:

proposals for improving the activities of the institution and improving working methods;
comments on the activities of employees of the institution;
options for eliminating shortcomings in the activities of the institution.

Request personally or on behalf of the management of the institution from structural divisions and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his official duties.
Involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the head of the institution).
Require the management of the institution to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The organizing teacher is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
