I. General Provisions

II. Official duties

The skin picker performs the following job responsibilities:

Conducting the process of preserving skins by manual salting with table salt or using equipment for mechanized dry salting.
Skin disinfection.
Uniform distribution of the preservative mixture and disinfectant solution with the wet-salt method of preservation and rubbing them with the acid-salt method over the entire skin surface of the skin, taking into account the different thickness of the skin in different areas.
Preparation of a preservative mixture and a disinfectant solution of a certain concentration according to an established recipe on a mechanical grinder and in mixers.
Observation of the process of canning skins based on the results of laboratory analysis (checking the moisture content and aluminum oxide in the leather tissue, the pH of the water extract and the temperature of the welding of the leather tissue during canning by the acid-salt method, moisture and common salt during the wet-salted method of canning).
Salting skins after brine.

III. Rights

The salter has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.
