I. General Provisions

Full job title: Dispatcher-mechanic of the motor transport department.
This position is subordinate to and receives orders, work orders directly from the head of the motor transport department, in operational subordination - to the manager of the commercial service.
This position gives direct orders and guidance to the following officials of ________ AZS LLC:

controller of the pre-trip medical examination;
car mechanic;
drivers.

Orders and instructions to other employees of the enterprise can be given through the above-mentioned officials, or, in some cases, directly, within the framework of the powers granted.
During the absence of the executor of this position, he is replaced by a person appointed by the head of the motor transport department.
Work in this position requires the employee to have the following qualifications:

education - secondary technical;
speciality - ________;
The minimum experience in a managerial position is 2-3 years.

II. Official duties

Mechanical dispatcher:

ensuring the implementation of the achievements of scientific and technological progress in the profile of the enterprise.
implementation of operational control of the activities of the motor transport department in accordance with production programs, calendar plans and shift-daily tasks;
management and maintenance of repair, TO-1, TO-2 and seasonal maintenance of the company's vehicles, control of the technical condition of cars, organizes their release on the line, providing the company's cars with the necessary spare parts, oils;
ensuring the uninterrupted operation of vehicles for the delivery of fuel and lubricants to the gas station of the enterprise;
ensures the timely fulfillment of established tasks and contracts for the provision of motor transport services to third-party organizations and individuals;
providing gas stations of the enterprise with road-building and other special equipment;
ensuring the timely conclusion of contracts for parking and repair of vehicles;
organization of accounting, preparation and timely submission of reports on the production activities of the motor transport department;
participation in the preparation of a cargo map and route network;
interacts with traffic police, military registration and enlistment office, transport inspection;
monitors compliance by employees with the rules and norms of labor protection and safety, production and labor discipline;
organization of technical supervision over the correct operation of the company's vehicles in accordance with the current rules and regulations, ensures the conduct of production briefings.
All of the above functions must be implemented by preparing a text document and its approval by the director of the enterprise. Periodicity and term of its execution - quarterly.

III. Rights

The dispatcher-mechanic has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

The mechanical dispatcher is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

In the future, the construction of a highway connecting Beijing and Datong (346 km) will reduce travel time from the current 4,5 hours to just 30 minutes.

However, experts warn that the introduction of vacuum trains may face serious obstacles. These infrastructure projects require the construction of tens or hundreds of kilometers of pipes, which must be completely sealed and provided with constantly running vacuum pumps.
