Must know:

rules for commercial services to the population;
rules for trading in markets, veterinary and sanitary rules for markets, other legal documents that determine and regulate the activities of trade enterprises;
the procedure for levying a market fee, a fee for the services provided;
principles of work and rules for the use of weight measuring instruments, other commercial equipment;
rules and norms of labor protection, fire protection, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene.

Qualification requirements:

basic general secondary education and accelerated course or individual training with the qualification of a seller of food (non-food) products of the 2nd category with the formation of relevant skills and abilities to perform the work of a market controller;
no work experience requirements.

II. Official duties

Market Controller:

Creates appropriate conditions for the sale of goods, compliance with sanitary standards and consumer rights.
Places sellers on trading places and specialized zones, rows, platforms.
Checks the use of trading places for their intended purpose, the availability of sales receipts from sellers confirming payment of the market fee.
When selling products of animal and plant origin, checks for the availability of a document on the examination in the laboratory of veterinary and sanitary control on the market.
Controls the placement of vehicles on specially marked market areas.
Checks the regularity of the administration of the market of special sanitary measures according to the monthly schedule or the requirement of the sanitary doctor.
Controls the serviceability and correct use of rented weight measuring instruments, other commercial equipment, as well as the prevention of goods prohibited for sale.
Supervises compliance with the rules of trade, sanitary, technical and fire-prevention conditions of the market territory, public order.

III. Rights

The Market Controller has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The market controller is responsible

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.

Military drone Loyal Wingman with artificial intelligence 10.05.2020

Boeing Australia unveiled the prototype of the first AI-enabled Loyal Wingman unmanned aircraft for the Royal Australian Air Force.

It is the first of three drone prototypes to be built under the Loyal Wingman Advanced Development Program and the first aircraft to be designed, engineered and built in Australia in over 50 years. This is the corporation's largest investment in the creation of an unmanned aircraft outside the United States.

The main difference between the Loyal Wingman and conventional remotely controlled unmanned aerial vehicles is that it is designed to fly in coordination with crewed military aircraft, that is, pilots of other aircraft will give commands to it.

The aircraft will become the basis for the Boeing Airpower Teaming System (ATS), which is being developed by the corporation for the global defense market.

The unveiled Loyal Wingman prototype is currently undergoing ground testing. Taxiing tests will follow. The first test flight of the Boeing Loyal Wingman is expected to take place later this year.
