I. General Provisions

A personnel training specialist is appointed to the position and dismissed by order of the General Director (first manager) of the company.
The personnel training specialist reports to the General Director (the first head of the company).
Its activities are guided by:

corporate code;
this Job Description;
labor contract;
an obligation not to disclose commercial secrets;
leadership orders.

Must know:

psychological methods that provide diagnostics of personality traits;
principles of constructing and conducting training, certification, adaptation activities;
methods of processing the received data;
PC basics.

Should be able to:

develop and conduct training, certification, consultation;
prevent and optimally resolve conflict situations;
analyze the causes of staff turnover;
draw up work plans for the year, quarter.

II. Official duties

Methodological support, organization and conduct of regular work in the following areas:

psychodiagnostics of professionally important qualities, personal characteristics, analysis of the psychophysiological state of employees;
formation and development of the necessary qualities of employees in the process of conducting trainings, seminars, etc.;
psychological counseling of employees on professional use and development of individual abilities;
socio-psychological study, analysis of collective and individual activities of employees.

Providing assistance to managers of areas and facilities in solving social and psychological problems of team development:

study of the causes of conflicts;
prevention and resolution of conflict situations;
consultations on the style of activity of specialists.

Development and implementation of trainings for ordinary personnel of the company.
Work on the selection, formation of a reserve of personnel:

testing of professional and personal qualities of candidates;
formation and development of necessary professionally important qualities;
conducting training events: organization of trainings, seminars, etc.

Providing assistance to heads of departments and branches in solving social and psychological problems of team development:

study of the causes of conflicts;
prevention and resolution of conflict situations;
consultations on the style of activity of specialists.

Analysis of the reasons for staff turnover, preparation of proposals for taking measures to facilitate the adaptation of new employees, development and implementation of adaptation programs.
Ensuring regular reporting to management on work performed, compiling archives and creating a computer data bank based on the results of psychological research.
Planning professional activities for the year and quarter.
Compliance with the professional and ethical standards of the HR manager, maintaining personal secrets when reporting the results of individual psychological research.
Implementation of social - psychological work on the instructions of the leadership.
Ergonometric consulting and preparation of recommendations on the organization of workplaces and working conditions for various categories of workers.

III. Rights

The personnel training specialist has the right to:

Get acquainted with draft decisions of the organization's management regarding the activities of the HR department.
Attend meetings and meetings of the organization (structural unit) on issues related to the activities of the organization (structural unit). Participate in discussions regarding issues related to duties performed.
Submit proposals for improvement of the activities of the structural unit and options for eliminating existing shortcomings in the organization’s activities for consideration by the head of the organization.
Communicate with employees of all departments.
Request personally or on behalf of the head of the organization from other structural divisions information and documents necessary to fulfill his official duties.
Involve specialists from all structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to the structural division (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the head of the organization).
Require the head of the structural unit to provide assistance in the performance of official duties assigned to him and in the exercise of the rights provided for in this Job Description.
Act on behalf of a structural unit and represent its interests in relations with other structural units of the organization within its competence.

IV. A responsibility

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
