I. General Provisions

The Assistant Security Manager is a professional and must have law enforcement experience.
Appointment to the position of Assistant to the Head of Security and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the institution.
The work of the Assistant Security Manager is of a mobile nature, associated with trips outside the location of the Club, which necessitates the use of cellular communications for official purposes.

II. Official duties

Conscientiously fulfill their labor duties assigned to him by the employment contract;
Ensure the security of the reception and departure of the visiting team and their fans, referee teams, officials of the FS, PFL;
Interact with law enforcement agencies on the issues of holding matches, as well as other areas specific to the life of a football club;
Make proposals for improving measures aimed at increasing the level of club security;
To take part in football performances (games) of the Club, trainings, meetings, internships, meetings, conferences, analysis of games, etc., travel to recreation and training facilities, i.e. participate in all events organized by the Club;
Comply with the rules of the internal labor regulations of the Club;
Not to disclose official and commercial secrets, information about the activities of the Club, the results of medical and other examinations (tests);
Do not disclose information about the amount of wages, remuneration, allowances and other payments both in relation to themselves and in relation to other employees and players of the Club;
Comply with the requirements of the Charter, internal labor regulations, strictly comply with the decisions of the Supervisory Board, as well as the requirements of regulatory and other documents of FIFA, UEFA, FS, PFL;
Take care of the property of the employer and other employees;
Immediately notify the Club or the immediate supervisor of a situation that poses a threat to the life and health of people, the safety of the Club's property and its interests.

III. Rights

The Assistant Security Manager has the authority to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

The Assistant Security Manager is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
