I. General Provisions

The secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher) belongs to the category of technical performers, is hired and dismissed from work by order of the head of the educational institution.
A person with specialized secondary education or general secondary education, special training according to an established program, without any work experience requirements, is appointed to the position of secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher).
The secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher) submits.
In his activities, the secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher) is guided by:

legislative and regulatory documents regulating relevant issues;
methodological materials relating to the issues of its activities;
the charter of the institution;
orders of the head of the institution (direct supervisor);
rules and regulations of occupational health, labor regulations;
this Job Description.

The secretary of the training unit (dispatcher) must know:

regulations and instructions for record keeping;
the management of the institution and its divisions;
rules for using voice recorders, tape recorders, rules for using intercoms;
standards of a unified system of organizational and administrative documentation, internal regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection and fire safety.

During the absence of the secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher), his duties are performed in the prescribed manner by an appointed deputy who bears full responsibility for their proper performance.

II. Official duties

Secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher):

Prepares personal files of those accepted for training and protocols of the institution’s admissions committee.
Draws up progress books, student cards of students.
Maintains books for issuing diplomas, duplicate diplomas and certificates, an alphabetical book of students, records of teaching hours of teachers and student attendance.
Prepares journals of training sessions, orders and instructions for the movement of the student population.
Prepares applications for accounting and reporting documentation.
Processes and arranges the delivery of personal files of students to the archive.
Works closely with teachers, heads of departments, and the accounting service of the educational institution.

III. Rights

The secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher) has the right to:

Make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
Familiarize yourself with the relevant documents and information necessary to perform your duties efficiently.
Improve your qualifications in the prescribed manner.
Require management to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The secretary of the educational unit (dispatcher) is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
