I. General Provisions

  1. The main tasks of a nurse in a day hospital are to carry out the doctor’s therapeutic and diagnostic prescriptions, as well as to assist him in organizing control over the timeliness and completeness of patients receiving procedures.
  2. The appointment and dismissal of a day hospital nurse is carried out by the chief physician of the clinic or hospital in accordance with current legislation.
  3. The day hospital nurse is directly subordinate to the head of the day hospital, and during work, to the day hospital doctor.
  4. In her work, a nurse at a day hospital is guided by the “Regulations on the Day Hospital”, this Job Description and other official documents.

II. Official duties

  1. Carry out medical procedures prescribed by the doctor and regularly note their completion on the prescription sheet.
  2. Monitor the timely receipt of laboratory and other test results and post them in the medical records of hospitalized patients.
  3. Assist patients, as directed by the doctor, in preparing for examination and undergoing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
  4. Explain to patients the methods and procedures for preparing for laboratory, instrumental and instrumental studies and procedures.
  5. Ensure accounting, storage and rational use of medicines and dressings.
  6. Carry out measures to comply with the sanitary-disinfection and sanitary-anti-epidemic regime, and prevent nosocomial infections.
  7. Systematically improve your skills.
  8. Assist the doctor in completing documentation, preparing reports, and calculating department performance indicators.

III. Rights

The day hospital nurse has the right to:

  1. Make demands on the administration of the medical institution to create the necessary conditions in the workplace to ensure the high-quality performance of her job duties.
  2. Receive the necessary information to perform their functional duties from day hospital doctors, head nurses and head nurses of medical institutions.
  3. Require visitors to comply with the internal regulations of the day hospital.
  4. Give instructions and supervise the work of junior medical staff at the day hospital.
  5. Take part in meetings when discussing the work of a day hospital.

IV. A responsibility

The Day Hospital Nurse is responsible for:

  1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
  2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
  3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

First 5G smartphone 18.10.2017

At the 2017 Qualcomm 4G/5G Summit in Hong Kong, Qualcomm Technologies held the first successful demonstration of its flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon X50 processor in the fifth generation 5G mobile network, and also presented a prototype of its first 5G smartphone based on it.
