I. General Provisions

The senior bartender is hired and released from work by order of the director.
In his work, the senior bartender is guided by:

employment contract and job description;
current legislation;
orders and instructions of the director;
internal regulations;
rules of labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation.

In his work, the senior bartender reports directly to the supervisor and director, and in their absence to persons directly replacing them.

II. Official duties

The senior bartender acts in the interests of the Society.
The senior bartender comes to work strictly on schedule (if he is late or for some reason cannot go to work, the bartender must inform the supervisor 2 hours before the start of the shift and find a replacement).
The senior bartender is obliged to prepare the workplace for the reception of visitors and put bar products on the appropriate shelves.
The head bartender is also required to:

implicitly follow the instructions of the supervisor, director;
be able to use any equipment of the bar, and monitor its safety;
monitor the cleanliness of the bar counter, ashtrays, dishes, workplace, tables for visitors and places for storing drinks and food;
garbage from the foyer (glasses from Coca-Cola, popcorn, etc.) should be thrown into a trash can located by the stairs next to the second cinema hall;
have a neat appearance, strictly monitor the observance of the rules of personal hygiene and the fulfillment of all the requirements of the sanitary inspection;
be extremely polite in dealing with visitors and colleagues, greet visitors with a smile;
serve visitors quickly and correctly;
know the cash program, timely carry out operations at the cash desk, issue an order only with a check;
to order products from the kitchen strictly with a copy of the receipt for these products;
correctly and on time to conduct an inventory, timely draw up documents related to the conduct of cash transactions, as well as invoices for the warehouse;
monitor the availability of the number of drinks and products necessary for the smooth operation of the bar, if necessary, place an order for the warehouse;
know by heart the bar menu and product prices, navigate the bar products offered, know the components of drinks and be able to offer them;
in the event of emergency situations, promptly informs the administration of the cinema and the security service;
in case of contact with any inspection bodies (police, employees of the licensing chamber, etc.), do not take any action and do not enter into any negotiations in the absence of a supervisor.

III. The senior bartender is prohibited

leave the workplace without the permission of the immediate supervisor;
smoking in unauthorized places and drinking alcohol throughout the shopping center;
in the workplace: eating, chewing gum, reading, standing with arms crossed over chest; use profanity or slang, contemptuous intonation, be rude, remain indifferent to the requests of visitors or employees;
connect any heating devices, boilers or other devices without the consent of the cinema administration;
place personal vehicles in the parking lot of the shopping center;
visit the cinema outside working hours without the permission of the administration;
issue goods without breaking the check;
carry used glasses from under Coca-Cola and popcorn behind the bar counter;
be on the territory of the kitchen at non-lunch time without an official need;
Carry cash with you at work.

IV. Rights

In order to fulfill his duties, the senior bartender has the right to make proposals to the director on improving the work of the cinema bar and report to the cinema management about all the shortcomings in the work of the cinema.

V. Responsibility

For failure to perform or improper performance of their duties, the senior bartender is liable in accordance with applicable law and the current employment contract.
When causing material damage to the cinema, the senior bartender bears full financial responsibility in the amount of the damage caused.
For improper performance of their duties and omissions in work, the senior bartender may be deprived of the bonus in whole or in part on the proposal of the director.
For the disclosure of confidential information and information constituting a trade secret, a senior bartender may be held administratively liable, up to and including dismissal.

Sugar based fuel cell 22.01.2014

The fuel cell, created by American biotechnologists, works using sugar and a set of synthetic enzymes. The current source has a record high electrical capacitance, which will make it possible to use such energy sources to power gadgets and household appliances, according to an article in the journal Nature Communications.

"Sugar is one of the most ideal ways to store energy ever invented by nature. So it seems very logical that we tried to use its energy potential and develop a "green" food source, whose production will not be able to worsen the ecological situation on Earth", - says Percival Zhang from the Virginia Polytechnic University (USA, Blacksburg).

Percival Zhang and his colleagues experimented with various synthetic and natural enzymes capable of converting sugar into other forms of organics or oxidizing its decay products. During the experiments, scientists managed to compile the necessary set of proteins that can decompose sugar as efficiently as possible, extracting the maximum free electrons from its decay products.

Scientists adapted a mixture of enzymes to work as a catalyst in an ordinary fuel cell, after which they tested it in action. As it turned out, such a fuel cell produced electricity with a record efficiency for power supplies of this class. At the same time, the fuel cell could compete in terms of electrical capacity with lithium-based batteries that are now common.

All that is needed for this fuel cell to work is a small amount of water, sugar and air. Unlike many other fuel cells, the development of American scientists is safe to use, since during the operation of the power source no hydrogen or other gases are released that can explode. The authors of the article believe that the high efficiency of their development will allow the new fuel cell to supplant the now common power sources in the coming years.
