I. General Provisions

This Job Description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the hotel director.
The director of the hotel is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the procedure established by the current labor legislation by order of a higher authority.
A person with a higher professional education and work experience in the specialty in housing and communal services for at least 5 years is appointed to the position of the director of the hotel.
The hotel manager must know:

resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of higher and other bodies related to the service sector;
rules for the maintenance of residential and other premises of the hotel;
organization of logistics;
advanced domestic and foreign experience in hotel service;
the procedure for compiling reports on the economic and financial activities of the hotel;

ensures the maintenance and timely submission of the established reporting on the results of the economic and financial activities of the hotel, payment of taxes and fees;
takes measures to provide the hotel with qualified personnel, the right combination of economic and administrative methods of management;
carries out activities to introduce progressive forms of labor organization and customer service;
contributes to the development of commercial activities.

III. Rights

The hotel manager has the right:

To give instructions to subordinate employees, services and divisions, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
Control the implementation of planned targets, the timely execution of individual orders and tasks, the work of subordinate services and divisions.
Request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the activities of the hotel from the services and divisions of the enterprise.
Enter into relationships with third-party institutions and organizations to resolve operational issues of production activities that are within the competence of the hotel director.
Represent the interests of the hotel in third-party institutions and organizations on issues related to the activities of the hotel.

IV. A responsibility

The hotel manager is responsible for:

Results and efficiency of the hotel.
Failure to ensure the fulfillment of his functional duties, as well as the work of his subordinate services and divisions on issues of their production activities.
Inaccurate information about the status of the implementation of work plans of subordinate services and divisions.
Failure to comply with orders, orders and instructions from a higher authority.
Failure to take measures to suppress the identified violations of safety regulations, fire and other rules that pose a threat to the hotel and its employees.
Failure to ensure compliance with labor and performance discipline by employees of subordinate services and personnel.

V. Working conditions

Texas Instruments has unveiled new Fusion Digital Power products that include digital power management systems for telecommunications and data processing equipment.

The UCD9111 single-phase and UCD9112 two-phase controllers provide 175 ps digital pulse-width modulation and are fully graphical user interface (GUI) driven. You can control the conversion without a special line or software.
