I. General Provisions

The duty officer belongs to the category of technical specialists.
A person on duty (for issuing certificates, a hall, a hotel floor) is appointed to a person who has primary vocational education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary (complete) general education or basic general education and special training according to an established program without presenting requirements for work experience.
Appointment to the post of duty officer and dismissal from it is carried out by order _______.
The attendant must know:

regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and documents related to the work of the duty officer.
procedure for registration, accounting and preparation of established documentation.
legislation on labor and labor protection of Ukraine.
bases of the organization of work.
internal labor regulations.
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

II. Official duties

Duty:

Carries out reception of clients, their registration, payments for the rendered services.
Prepares the necessary documentation when working with clients, makes extracts and stores documents related to work in the appropriate order.
Prepares and issues certificates to the client in person or by phone.
Ensures the serviceability and safety of inventory, equipment and other property.
Controls the timeliness and quality of work on cleaning the premises by maintenance personnel.
Monitors customer compliance with fire and sanitary regulations.
Keeps a journal of duty.
Receives and transmits the necessary messages to customers in person or by phone.

III. Rights

The attendant has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the hotel regarding its activities.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by the hotel management.
Within the limits of his competence, report to his immediate supervisor all the shortcomings identified in the course of his activities and make proposals for their elimination.
Require hotel management to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The attendant is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
