I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions of the chief accountant of the enterprise.

III. Official duties

Organize the work of the accounting department and subordinates.
Responsible for the timely and high-quality preparation of documents regarding the financial statements of the enterprise and submits them to government agencies in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Carry out accruals and transfers of taxes and payments to state and local budgets, insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary social funds, payments to banking institutions, funds to finance employee salaries, other payments and payments, as well as deductions of funds for material incentives for employees of the enterprise.
Perform work on maintaining accounting records of property, liabilities and business transactions (accounting for fixed assets, inventory items, costs of production, sales of products, results of economic and financial activities, settlements with suppliers and customers, as well as for services provided, etc. .).
To carry out the reception and control of primary documentation for the relevant areas of accounting.
Reflect in accounting transactions related to the movement of cash and inventory.
Compile reporting calculations of the cost of products (works, services), identify sources of losses and non-production expenses, and prepare proposals for their prevention.
Follow the procedure for preparing primary and accounting documents, settlements and payment obligations, and monitor their safety.
Carry out operations for receiving, accounting, issuing cash and securities with mandatory compliance with the rules ensuring their safety.
Maintain a cash book based on incoming and outgoing documents, verify the actual availability of cash and securities with the book balance, and prepare cash reports.
Conduct an inventory of the company's inventory.
Perform work on the formation, maintenance and preservation of a database of accounting information (on paper and electronic media).
Receive documents, cash and securities from State Bank institutions in accordance with the established procedure for payment of wages, bonuses, travel allowances and other expenses to employees.
Prepare data on the relevant areas of accounting for the director of the enterprise.
Participate in the development and implementation of measures to implement financial discipline and rational use of resources.
Maintain a positive morale in the office. Show mutual assistance, responsibility, trust, support, optimism.
Carry out separate official assignments of the immediate supervisor.
Follow the rules of the labor schedule adopted by the company.

IV. Official powers

Request from employees and managers of the Unit information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Get acquainted with the documents that define the rights and obligations of the position held, the criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Represent the interests of the enterprise in third-party organizations (in particular government agencies) on issues related to the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.

V. Official responsibility

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties provided for by this instruction - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For failure to perform official duties.
For violation of the company's internal regulations.
For violation of business ethics.
For misuse of computer technology.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities, established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For providing false information to management.
For careless attitude to record keeping.
For unauthorized disclosure (copying) of confidential information (paper, electronic), which constitutes a trade secret of the enterprise or its clients, as well as unauthorized copying of computer software products.

VI. Working conditions

The working hours of the chief accountant are determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established at the enterprise.
The chief accountant, due to production needs, can go on official (local and regional) business trips.

Biofuel at a price of 1 euro per liter 26.07.2013

Specialists from the Finnish Technical Research Center VTT have developed a new technology for processing lignocellulosic biomass into biofuel, and the cost of such biofuel will be commercially attractive in Europe - less than 1 euro per liter. The new technology for the production of automotive fuel is based on the gasification technology with a fluidized bed in a sealed volume. As an output fuel, Finnish scientists have already produced methanol, dimethyl ether, Fischer-Tropsch fluids and synthetic gasoline.

Experiments have shown that the technology developed in Finland makes it possible to transfer more than 50% of the energy of the original wood raw materials into the final product, fuel. This is a very good result, in addition, the waste heat energy can be used for heating or steam generation, which allows reaching 74% efficiency of biomass energy conversion.

But most importantly, the technology is already ready for industrial use in Europe. According to the calculations of Finnish specialists, the commercial use of the technology will allow the production of liquid fuel within the range of 58 euros / MWh, and the price of gasoline will be 0,5-0,7 euros per 1 liter. In other words, biofuels will equal the price of gasoline from oil.

The Finns did not stop at these calculations and 'outlined' the approximate appearance of a plant producing biofuel using the new technology. The enterprise will have a capacity of 300 MW and will be able to produce enough fuel to run 150 vehicles. Moreover, biomethanol can also be used in modern cars: in the form of a 000% additive to conventional petroleum fuel.
