With severe poisoning, drowsiness, apathy, indifference appear, and with severe poisoning, an excited state with erratic movements, respiratory failure, dilated pupils.

For all poisoning you should immediately remove or take the victim out of the gassed area, unfasten clothing that restricts breathing, provide fresh air, lay the victim with his legs up, rub the body, cover it warmer, give ammonia to sniff.

The victim in an unconscious state may be vomiting, so you need to turn his head to the side.

When breathing stops, it is necessary to start artificial respiration.

In all cases, in case of poisoning with poisonous gases, it is necessary to give the victim a large amount of milk to drink.

In case of nitrogen oxide poisoning give the victim hot milk with baking soda to drink.

In case of chlorine poisoning, it is necessary to rinse the eyes, nose and mouth with a solution of baking soda (half a teaspoon per glass of water) and give the victim warm milk with baking soda to drink in small sips. In case of swelling of the throat, "heat" should be applied to the neck area.

With ammonia poisoning through the respiratory tract, it is necessary to inhale warm water vapor with the addition of vinegar or a few crystals of citric acid, give warm milk to drink. In case of swelling of the throat, "heat" should be applied to the neck area.

If you accidentally ingest a solution of ammonia, you need to drink eight to ten glasses of water with the addition of acetic acid (one teaspoon per glass of water), causing vomiting, give milk to drink.

If hydrazine hydrate and its aqueous solutions come into contact with the skin, it is necessary to wash the affected area with plenty of water (it is better to treat with ethyl alcohol first) and lubricate with one of the following compositions: a) 20% paraffin, 20% ceresin, 60% vaseline oil; b) 3% zinc oxide, 14% stearin, 83% vegetable oil.

If hydrazine hydrate gets into the eyes, rinse them with plenty of running water.

In case of poisoning through the mouth with synthetic oil "ivviol" the victim is given to drink several glasses of warm water, causing vomiting, repeat this procedure several times. After that, half a glass of baking soda solution is given to drink (a quarter of a teaspoon of soda for half a glass of water) with the addition of two to three tablespoons of activated charcoal. Then the victim should be urgently taken to a medical facility.

If "ivviol" gets on the skin, wipe it with a piece of cloth (carefully, without rubbing), and then wash thoroughly with warm water and soap.

If "ivviol" gets into the eyes, rinse them with plenty of water.

For food poisoning (poisonous mushrooms, plants, spoiled food) the victim develops a headache, vomiting, abdominal pain, general weakness. Sometimes diarrhea occurs, body temperature rises.

Help the victim is to wash the stomach. He is given to drink three or four glasses of water or a pink solution of potassium permanganate, with the induction of vomiting. Washing is repeated several times. Then they give activated charcoal to drink (two to four tablespoons of charcoal are dissolved in a glass of water). After this, the victim should be given warm tea to drink, laid down, covered warmer, until the arrival of medical personnel. In case of violation of breathing and blood circulation, it is necessary to immediately begin artificial respiration and external heart massage.
