When developing personal hygiene rules, essentially common to all people, age, anatomical and physiological characteristics of the female and male organisms are taken into account.

A conscious attitude to a healthy lifestyle involves the eradication of bad habits (alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction, etc.), the development of a culture of communication, behavior, nutrition, adherence to the regime of work and rest, systematic physical education and sports, an increase in general sanitary culture and hygiene knowledge , harmonious development of personality.
