Flat cutter "Rudulis" for inter-row processing of plants. When changing the working bodies with it, you can hill up plantings, loosen the soil with milling cutters, and harrow. The productivity of the machine in these operations is 0,2, 0,04 and 0,1 ha/h, respectively.

The basis of "Rudulis" is the VP-150M engine with a capacity of 6 liters. With. with regular forced cooling. And this is very important: the unit operates at low speeds (up to 6 km / h), and it can only be protected from overheating by a fan.

Installed VP-150M on a sub-frame welded from a steel angle with shelves 32x32 mm. The upper engine mount is bolted to the crossbar of the motor mount, the lower one is clamped with a clamp into its longitudinal element. The air filter supply pipe and the racks supporting the fuel tank from the moped are also attached to it.

The entire power plant is located on a common frame "Rudulis", also welded from a corner, but with larger shelves - 50x50 mm. It is fastened with four bolts, the holes for them in the frame are made oblong so that you can stretch the day. To do this, there are two corners welded behind the motor mount, tension bolts are inserted into them.

The chassis is represented by a wheel from a serial cultivator, an asterisk with 54 teeth from a straw walker mechanism, a decommissioned combine and a hub. All these parts are connected together and rotate in bearings on an axle, which is attached to the Rudulis frame by two curved sheet steel brackets. The force from the engine to them is transmitted by a chain. The 13-tooth drive sprocket is also from a retired combine.

A muffler is located on the front of the frame, and control handles with gas and clutch levers and attachment points for agricultural implements are located at the back. The top one is a powerful horizontal fork screwed to the brackets; lower - corners welded to the transverse frame element. The agricultural implement is hung with two bolts.

These nodes are needed when a cultivator plow, hiller or harrow is used. When the turn of soil cutters comes, "Rudulis" is somewhat modified: the power plant is moved forward, behind the stubborn corners.

Two wheels from the kart are attached to the frame in front, the undercarriage is removed, the brackets are turned outward and soil cutters are installed on the axle between them. The drive is also a chain, but different, shorter. Behind the frame, another element of the new chassis is attached - a roller. They regulate the depth of milling.
