BUILDER, HOUSEHOLDER
Summer cottage arrangement. Tips for the home master Directory / Builder, home master It is good when the country house has a terrace, a gazebo. No - it doesn’t matter either: they will be replaced by a retractable awning (Fig. 1). It will protect both from the sun and from the rain. Determine the size of the tent, mark the area close to the house. If desired, it can be surrounded by decorative lattices that are wrapped in greenery. Such a fence organizes the internal space of the site. Several options for the location of the gratings are shown in the figures.
At the opposite ends of the plot from the house, install two pillars (pipes) with holes at the top, insert a metal rod or a pipe section into them. Stretch a steel wire from it to the house in several rows. Attach the awning to it with the help of rings. The mechanism that moves the awning is arranged as follows. At the wall of the house, fasten the edge of the fabric motionlessly. Pass a cord through the rings of the pipe, the ends of which are tied to the outer rings so that they can move the awning if you pull on the opposite ends of the cord. By installing several low lanterns on the site (Fig. 2), you will not only illuminate it, but also decorate it in an original way.
To make a lantern, you need a thick bar-pillar and a board - a ceiling bracket. Make it from two symmetrical parts, this will make it easier to make a hole: cut a groove in each part, and then connect the halves. A timber can also be the same composite in order to pass a cable inside it. In the upper part of the timber, install the bracket on the bolts, and hang the lamp from it. A rubberized cable connecting the lantern to the lighting network is laid in the ground to a depth of at least 70 cm. Do you love climbing plants? Make a wooden lattice and attach it to the wall: the shoots will develop better, and the facade of the house will become more elegant (Fig. 3).
A set of furniture, consisting of two sofas and a small table (Fig. 4), is very convenient for small country rooms. It is assembled from non-deficient materials, and the design of the items included in it allows you to change their relative position depending on the purpose. For example, two sofas can stand alone, or stacked together to form a single corner sofa.
To make this set, you will need planed boards or chipboard, plywood or hardboard, foam rubber and decorative fabric for covers. The stele consists of a base-box and a frame inserted into it with a tabletop. Nerobka is assembled from separate wooden or chipboard planks of different widths with glue and nails or screws. The tabletop is made of chipboard, thick-layer plywood or boards connected into a shield. A frame of thin rails is attached to its lower part: the outer dimensions should ensure its tight fit in the box. Thanks to this, the tabletop does not require special fasteners and at the same time it can be removed when carrying the table in parts. Sofas differ from each other only in size. Each consists of a seat frame, backrest, foam cushions and mattresses. When combined into a corner sofa, one of the backs can be shared. Pillows are filled with sheet foam, which is cut to the required size and inserted into fabric covers. For each sofa, you will have to make three mattresses measuring 1000x800 mm and two pillows 1000x400 mm. In addition, for a large one, additional pillows of 800x400 mm are needed, and in the corner version, also 400x400 mm. At night, they all lay out in one plane - it turns out a comfortable bed. According to the device, such rather unusual bookshelves (Fig. 5) are very similar to a ladder-ladder.
Take four long and short wooden bars. Connect them with crossbeams, you will get two long "ladders" and a short one at the bottom. The ends of the lengths of them. connect together with a metal plate-loop with M8 bolts, as shown in the figure. Now attach the two ends of the short ladder to the middle of the long one. On the upper and lower shelves, install some kind of latch that would not allow the "ladder" to move apart (the figure shows examples of such a stopper). If there is a need, you can make not one, but several "ladders" - you get a wall that is easy to assemble and disassemble. For a separate bed (Fig. 6), commercially available spring mattresses with a wooden frame are suitable. They only need to make backs, which will require wide bars. In vertical racks 100x100x700 mm, make holes for the horizontal crossbars of the back. In the horizontal bars, you need to choose the grooves for the wedges: they will fasten the backrest structure after assembly. Screw L-shaped hooks to the bottom of the legs: they will fit the mattress frame board, and no additional connection is required.
If there are old dried trees on the site, cut them into posts 0,8-1 m long. By digging one halfway into the ground next to the other, say, near the sandbox, you will revive not only the children's corner, but the site itself. A simple and convenient dressing table (Fig. 7) consists of two supporting wooden frames connected so that they can be folded on a common axis. The table cover is put on the frames and at the same time serves as a limiter for the distance over which the table legs are moved apart.:
