Finnish rap artist Marko Vuoriheimo, performing under the nickname Signmark, has been deaf and mute since birth. His albums are released simultaneously on CD, where soundtracks with vocal versions are recorded (performed by guest rappers), and DVD, where the artist "reads" each track in sign language. Signmark performs many concerts all over the world, guiding the rhythm by the vibration of the beat and the bass line. He became the first deaf musician to sign with one of the leading labels, Warner Music.
