What is Sprain, Tendon Sprain and Bruising?

In some cases, a warm compress and gentle massage can relieve pain by stimulating circulation. The damaged area must be massaged from the bottom up. When rubbing, alcohol can be used to relax tense muscles.

Bruising is another type of injury. It appears from a blow to any part of the body that damages small blood vessels under the skin, as a result of which blood accumulates there and the damaged area swells and darkens. Cold packs can be used to prevent bruising and reduce swelling.

Minor bruises usually do not need treatment. If the skin is damaged at the site of the bruise, then this place is treated like any open wound. But still, probably, the main thing is to be careful during sports and in the game in order to avoid sprains and tendons, as well as bruises!
