Phraseologism: If someone is somewhere with us sometimes.

Meaning: A phrase-symbol of all sorts of "denunciations", which are made so timidly, carefully, in such a streamlined form that the object of the so-called "criticism" simply does not notice it (iron.).

Origin: Lyrics from the song "The Invisible Battle" written by composer Mark Minkov. To the words of the poet Anatoly Sergeevich Gorokhov (b. 1938) for the popular TV series in the USSR "Experts are investigating" (1972-1989). The song sounds in the film as the musical motto of the main characters of the series - investigators, other police officers: "If someone here and there sometimes // Doesn't want to live honestly, // So, again we go into an invisible battle, // So it's appointed fate for you and me - // Service day and night!"
