Meaning: Worthy works of art are created without haste.

Origin: From the poem "October 19, 1827") by A. S. Pushkin (1799-1837): "The service of the muses does not tolerate fuss, // The beautiful should be majestic: // But youth advises us slyly, // And noisy dreams delight us .. ."

Meaning:
