Focus Description:

On the illusion table are two cylindrical aquariums filled with water. The performer covers them with two shiny tubes-cylinders, showing the audience in advance that they are being seen through. Having made several passes over them, the performer removes the cylinders, and the audience sees that a goldfish is swimming in one of the aquariums (Fig. 30).

Then he again puts the cylinder-pipes on the aquariums and, after the passes, removes them. Now there are no fish in the first aquarium. She is in another aquarium. The performer once again puts the cylinders on the aquariums. And again, the goldfish migrates to the first aquarium, and the second is empty. After each change, the performer, in order to show that the cylinder is through, passes a handkerchief through it. Finally, goldfish appear in both aquariums at once.

Focus secret:

This trick requires two cylindrical aquarium vessels, two cylindrical pieces of pipe, not necessarily metal. They can be made of bright plastic, preferably different colors. And finally, two very thin and transparent secret cylinders, the size of which should correspond to aquariums. Inside, on the wall of each secret cylinder, draw a goldfish. Secret cylinders should be freely put on aquariums, freely enter and leave cylinder tubes. Aquariums are filled with water before the performance and placed on the illusion table beforehand. A metal or plastic cylinder is put on each secret cylinder with a fish, and they are placed near each aquarium. So that the secret cylinder does not fall out of the metal ahead of time, it should be taken by clasping the palm of your hand and pressing the outer walls with two fingers - thumb and middle.

Having shown the audience that the cylinders are through and without secrets, you need to put each one on your aquarium. To "put the fish" into the first aquarium, one should, without squeezing the walls of the metal cylinder-pipe, but only taking it slightly, remove it from the aquarium, on which a secret transparent cylinder with a fish will remain. This creates the impression that a goldfish appeared in the first aquarium. From the second aquarium, the metal cylinder should be removed along with the secret one. The second time you need to do the opposite, and the fish from the first aquarium will migrate to the second.

At the end of the trick, metal cylinders are put on and removed from both aquariums without secret cylinders. Secret transparent cylinders with goldfish remain on the aquariums, which creates the desired final effect.
