EFFECTIVE FOCUSES AND THEIR CLUES The disappearance of the scarf. Focus secret Directory / Spectacular tricks and their clues Focus Description: To make the handkerchief disappear, you must make yourself a "thrust". The "pull" is a device often used by magicians. This device allows you to achieve complete and instantaneous disappearance of the handkerchief in an amazing way. Focus secret: A. For the ball pull, you need to take a ball small enough to fit in your hand and big enough to fit a handkerchief. A round hole about 2,5 cm in diameter is cut out in the ball. A handkerchief pushed into it should pass through this hole quite easily. After making a hole, attach a strong black rubber band to the opposite side of the balloon - exactly opposite the hole. Tie a safety pin on the other side of the elastic. C. For the "jar pull" use a small plastic jar with a top diameter equal to the bottom diameter that will easily fit a handkerchief. (Pills are often sold in such jars.) Make a small hole in the bottom and thread an elastic band through it, at the other end of which a large (larger than the hole) knot is tied. The knot will hold the end of the elastic, and it will be securely attached to the jar. Attach a safety pin to the other end of the elastic. C. Note. Having found a suitable container, you can make yourself any other "thrust", for example, with a small metal jar from under the film and so on. In any case, the handkerchief container should be small enough that you can hide it in your fist. Remember, if the container is large for your hand, then the audience will notice it, and the trick will not take place. D. After pulling, attach a safety pin to one of the rear trouser belt loops. Pass the elastic through three loops along the belt forward so that the pull hangs down to the left of the buckle. On stage, you must wear a jacket or long jacket so that the pull is completely hidden from the eyes of the audience. 1. Let's say you have a bar attached to your left side and you have just pulled a handkerchief out of thin air as described in the previous trick. You are ready for the handkerchief to "disappear". Note that when the handkerchief "appeared", the left hand momentarily left the field of view of the public, obscured by the body. 2. When the handkerchief mysteriously emerges from the right hand, secretly grasp the pull with the left hand. 3. Note. All your attention is focused on the handkerchief held by the right hand. Don't let yourself look for a moment at the hand holding the pull. 4. Now, pulling out the container attached to the elastic band with your left hand, at the same time half turn around to face the audience. The left hand at the end of the maneuver is 15-20 cm away from the body. 5. Place the handkerchief held by the right hand over the closed fist of the left hand. With the fingers of your right hand, push the handkerchief into your fist. The audience is unaware that you are pushing the handkerchief into the pull tank. 6. Here's what this operation looks like when you look at it from behind. The fingers of the right hand push the handkerchief into the ball / jar. Pay attention to how the thrust passes: from the fist of the left hand under its cover behind the floor of the jacket. 7. When the entire handkerchief is inside the container, you gently release the container. The ball / jar is secretly pulled out with an elastic band from a fist and goes behind the floor of the jacket. 8. Note. To achieve the proper execution of this operation, select the desired length of the elastic band by conducting a few experiments. The released elastic should instantly remove the container under the jacket, while the left hand retains the appearance that the handkerchief is still in it. The fingers of the right hand at this moment continue to work, already performing the pantomime "pushing the handkerchief into the fist." 9. You allegedly continue to push the handkerchief into your left fist with the index finger of your right hand. As you do this, you turn completely around to face the audience and extend your arms slightly forward, all without jerking, completely naturally. The audience is still sure that the handkerchief is in the fist of your left hand. 10. And now you can open your left palm, demonstrating that the handkerchief has disappeared without a trace. It will happen completely unexpectedly for the audience. You can pull up your sleeves to prove that you did not hide the handkerchief in your sleeve. When releasing cravings, this must be done in a natural movement so that suspicion does not arise. If at the same time your hand jerks, then doubts will arise whether you are working cleanly. Remember that the left hand must remain motionless at the moment when you release the pull. Don't worry about her, the rubber band will do the job. Having become familiar with all the movements, you can start polishing the procedure: you need to rehearse until all the operations turn into a smooth sequence of natural movements, in which each previous one smoothly flows into the next.
