Focus Description:

Take a piece of rope that has two knots.

After showing it to the audience, grab one end of the rope with your left hand and begin to slowly wind it around your left hand, sliding along the rope with your right hand.

Having wound the rope to the end, take the magic wand from the illusion table with your right hand and pass it along the left. Putting the wand in place, unwind the rope. Viewers see that one knot has disappeared on it.

Then repeat the trick from the very beginning, doing everything in order.

And again show the rope to the audience. Now the second node has disappeared from it.

Focus Miracle Rope

Focus secret:

The secret of the trick is in the knots: they are fictitious, that is, they are easily removed from the rope and move along it. But demonstrating focus requires special attention.

So, winding the rope around the left hand for the first time, with your right hand, sliding along the rope to the end, remove one fictitious knot. Holding it in your right palm and taking a magic wand, leave this knot on the illusion table. Do the same when demonstrating the second part of the trick.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>
