Chip KR1059KN2 is an electronic switch of two parallel telephones. The schematic diagram of the phone blocker is shown in the figure.

His work is carried out as follows. If you pick up the handset on TA1, then the thyristor in the IC will open and the phone will connect to the line. The voltage drop across the thyristor of the microcircuit is no more than 2 V. At the same time, the thyristor IS is locked in the circuit of the second TA, which allows it to be turned off for a while until the tube on TA1 is lowered.

If at the time of the release of the first TA. the handset of the second will be removed, then the devices will be switched to the line. The current consumption of the TA from the line with the handset down should be no more than 0,4 mA, otherwise the thyristors of the microcircuit will not close after the end of the conversation. During dialing on one of the devices at the moment of the line loop break, this phone is briefly disconnected from the line. So that picking up the handset of one SLT at this time interval does not cause re-switching of phones, capacitors C2 and C3 are included in the control circuit, which form a delay in switching phones. Their capacitance can be in the range of 5-10 microfarads.

Parallel phone blocker. Blocker circuit

LEDs VD1 and VD2 are designed to indicate the TA, which is in conversational mode.

When a call is received from the PBX (70-90 V), both telephone sets ring.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

DDR4 memory 24.06.2014

In Japan, sets of DDR4 RAM have appeared on sale, the benefits of which will be the first to be appreciated by future owners of computers based on Intel Haswell-E processors and motherboards based on the Intel X99 chipset.

DDR4 specifications provide performance from 1,6 to 3,2 gigatransactions per second per pin. The supply voltage is 1,2 V, and the bandwidth reaches 34,1 GB / s. Compared to DDR3, in addition to speed, increased reliability.

DDR4 modules were demonstrated at the recent Computex 2014, and now the Japanese store Akiba PC Hotline has started accepting orders for them. DDR4-2133 products are manufactured by SanMax based on SKHynix microchips. The SMD4-U16G27H-21P-D set of two 8 GB modules each will cost $350, while the SMD4-U32G28H-21P-Q set of four 8 GB modules is priced at $685. The modules have 288 pins and operate at 1,2V.

It should be noted that the Intel Haswell-E processors and the X99 chipset will reportedly debut on September 14th. Therefore, those who decide to buy DDR4 RAM modules now will have to wait at least until the end of the third quarter to start their practical use.
