Another design is presented to your court - programmer GWR (Gold-Wafer-Ready), which combines all the features necessary for flashing gold wafer cards.

GWR has two functions: Phoenix interface и JDM programmer.

Just don’t draw conclusions right away, the fact is that this is not just a combined design, the schematics of the JDM programmer are fundamentally revised in it, we can say that the programmer has a completely different construction structure in JDM mode due to the use of the MAX232 chip, which gives full level matching RS232 and TTL, no negative voltages and surges above the power supply at the inputs of programmable microcircuits! In practice, only software compatibility remained from JDM and that's it. The programmer perfectly flashes OTP PIC (disposable), which could not be said about the JDM programmer. For flashing separately 24CXX memory, a separate socket is provided on the programmer (for convenience). The design is made in the style of price-quality-simplicity, which is why a switch is used, not switches. The iron-laser technology is perfectly supported due to the enlarged printed pattern. In JDM (Ludipipo) mode, the switch must be in the depressed position; to switch to Phoenix, the switch must be pressed.

Parts can be used not necessarily those indicated in the diagram, for example, the kd243 diode can be replaced with any other having a forward current of at least 200mA and a reverse voltage of at least 25V, or you can do without it if you are sure that you will never connect the power the other way around. The same problems can be attributed to the transistor (Ik - at least 100mA, Ube - at least 25V), and voltage stabilizers, etc. Binding capacitors MAX232 - 2,2-4,7mF / 25V. The capacitor in front of the stabilizer 7812 (K142EN8B) has a voltage of at least 25V. A zener diode can also be used at 4,7 Volts, or it can also be used at 6,2 (ks147,156,162) or the like. Pay attention to the fact that the ground from the COM port going through the 5th leg of the connector passes through its iron case! The GWR is powered by an unstabilized DC voltage of 14-20 Volts, power supplies from a dandy are great, just do not forget that these PSUs have a minus in the center of the connector! The cord for GWR is a regular MAMA-MAMA extension cable (1-1,2-2...) if a 9-pin com port is used. The programmer has a 9pin MAMA connector! If your LEDs are dim, then reduce the resistance of the current-limiting resistors to reasonable values. Board size 70X130.

The programmer works perfectly with the Icprog program, especially since this program has a built-in Vinfeniks. Simplified programmer test, as now you can visually check the operability of the DATA and MCLR circuits by checking the checkboxes in the "hardware test" section of the Icprog program, according to the state of the LEDs, of course, having previously set both GWR and Icprog to JDM mode.

All drawings are in Visio 5.0 (or higher) format as only in the original are all the qualities and dimensions of the drawing fully transmitted. Well, like everything. Success in creative work! Sincerely, SOLO.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

1 million neurons in an IBM chip 14.08.2014

IBM Corporation announced a technological breakthrough in the field of "thinking chips" - chips that work in the likeness of the brain of a living being. The breakthrough lies in the creation of a chip with an unprecedented number of "neurons", which amounted to 1 million, and "synapses" (connections between neurons), which amounted to 256 million.

For comparison, in 2011, IBM developed a chip with 256 "neurons" and 262144 "synapses." The breakthrough, among other things, is based on a multiple increase in the number of cores (up to 4096 pieces).

The new chip not only contains a record number of "neurons", but is also one of the largest CMOS chips ever made. It contains 5,4 billion transistors and is capable of performing 46 billion "synaptic operations" per second, per watt.

The microcircuit differs in record indicators of power consumption. The specific power of the chip is 20 mW/cm2, which is 4 orders of magnitude less than in modern processors. In general, the chip consumes 70 mW, which is also several orders of magnitude less than modern semiconductor components.

"After several years of collaboration with IBM, today we are one step closer to creating a computer that works like our brain," said Rajit Manohar, professor at the Cornell Tech Center at Cornell University in the US, who is involved in the development " Thinking Chip" IBM.

Scientists believe that chips, the principles of which repeat the principles of the human brain, in the face of an increasing amount of data and increasing requirements for computing power in the future, can replace processors with the von Neumann architecture.
