Coca-Cola, Apple and IBM are the world's best brands

The annual edition of the list of the world's best brands Best Global Brands was published by Interbrand. The top of the list continues to hold Coca-Cola, but Apple has risen to second place, last year was only eighth. When preparing the list, Interbrand specialists take into account three key aspects that determine the value of the brand. So, the value of Apple for the year increased from 33,5 billion dollars to 76,6 billion dollars, which allowed this brand to become the second after Coca-Cola (77,8 billion dollars). In third place - IBM. This brand is valued at $75,5 billion. Last year, he was second with $69,9 billion.

Fourth place was retained by the brand Google, estimated at 69,7 billion dollars (55,3 billion dollars last year). The Microsoft brand dropped from third to fifth position as its value dropped from $59,1 billion to $57,9 billion. Sixth place in the list was taken by General Electric, and seventh by McDonald`s. Intel and Samsung are ranked eighth and ninth, respectively. It is noteworthy that last year Intel was in seventh place, and Samsung was seventeenth.
