ENCYCLOPEDIA OF RADIO ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Living and dead water. Encyclopedia of radio electronics and electrical engineering Encyclopedia of radio electronics and electrical engineering / Electronics in medicine “I know, I know,” another reader will say after reading the title. “But there is no “living” or “dead” water. Fairy tales! ..” Is he right? A few years ago, the Inventor and Rationalizer magazine reported that we had developed a device that allows us to make "living" and "dead" water. And speaking the language of chemists, water with a very strong acid and alkaline reaction. It turned out that ordinary water can be decomposed, as it were, into two components with completely opposite properties. According to many who have experienced their action, "living" water has a beneficial effect on complexion, softens wrinkles, improves hair growth, reduces hair loss, and is a good remedy for burns. But "dead" water has a good effect on the oral cavity, reduces bleeding from the gums. There is evidence that "living" water can be successfully used for watering flowers, vegetables, berries and fruit crops. Its action has been little studied, but even the meager results that have already been obtained speak volumes. It is noticed that the seeds moistened with it germinate earlier, the plants grow better and the yield is higher. We invite you to experiment with what we have. Where to begin? Let's look at the mechanism for obtaining these waters.
Two electrodes 1 and 2 are immersed in vessel 3. Moreover, electrode 3 is placed in an electrically permeable vessel 5. Through diode 4, the electrodes are connected to an alternating current electrical network with a voltage of 220 V. It is not difficult to understand what happens to water. It contains electrolysis. Around one electrode, water is saturated with hydroxyl group ions, around the other - with hydrogen ions. So that they do not mix and neutralize each other, an internal electrically permeable vessel 5 is needed. Its volume should be approximately one-fifth of vessel 1. When current is passed through vessel 5, "living" water is obtained, and all the rest of the water is "dead". Now let's talk about the device itself. It consists of a liter glass jar, two aluminum electrode plates, an inner vessel made of tarpaulin, a D 226 diode and insulated supply wires. Assemble it as shown in the picture. Please note that the device is connected to the mains, and the voltage of 220 V is dangerous! Shut down the unit after fifteen minutes. Pour the water into separate vessels. Record the effect of water on plants in your diaries. Author: N.Kuzmicheva See other articles Section Electronics in medicine. Read and write useful comments on this article.
