First of all, let's print out the outlines of the board and make another copy of one of the layers. We immediately sign the layers of TOP and BOTTON boards on the printouts. Otherwise, then you simply won’t understand which layer needs to be printed on which blank.

Files for printing gabarit TOP.pdf 1 pc and gabarit BOTTON.pdf 2 pcs.

Take one copy of the bottom layer path and cut along the path. In the future, we will mark the textolite and transfer paper along this contour.

The next step is to prepare the translation of the printed circuit board drawing. For translation, we will use the pages of glossy magazines free from drawings. Texting is allowed. The paper should not be waterproof, this is easy to check by dropping onto the page. It must immediately change its qualitative properties. To find a suitable place, use the cut out outline of the PCB. It is important to set the margins on the sides, especially in the horizontal plane, with a large margin.

Cutout for translation

After you have done all of the above, take the previously printed outlines of the board layers. Stick the paper as shown below.

We wait until the glue dries and print the plata TOP.pdf files on the TOP blank and plata BOTTON.pdf on the BOTTON layer. The end result should look like the picture below.

After printing, it is necessary to separate the polish from plain paper. This must be done carefully without affecting the usable area of the drawing and causing a minimum of damage to the workpiece.

Next, on the light, you need to combine 2 layers. It is better to take the holes of vias as a reference point for alignment.

After this "boutique" we settle it in paper and start ironing.

After ironing, we wait until it cools down, separate the outer paper and put the board together with the polish in water for 5 minutes. Then the loshchenka is easily separated. And as a result - we get boards ready for etching.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food.
