This device automatically closes the door glass when the car is armed. Its principle is based on disconnecting the load when the set current is exceeded.

When the car is armed, voltage is supplied from the door lock control circuit to the relay winding K 3, the relay is activated and contacts K3.1 connects capacitor C3 to a voltage of + 12V through resistor R5, the capacitor is charged.

After the end of the control pulse, the charged capacitor is connected to the winding of the relay K 2, it works and with its contacts K 2.2 supplies voltage to the timer assembled on the DA1 chip. At pin 7 of the microcircuit, a voltage close to 0 is set, and through the resistor R3, an opening voltage is applied to the base of the transistor VT2. Through the opened transistor VT2 and the closed contacts of the relay K 2.1, a holding voltage is applied to the winding of the relay K2. Transistor VT1 thermally stabilizes the operating point of the transistor VT 2. The closed contacts of relay K2.2 supply voltage to the winding of the relay K1. Through the resistor R4, the turnip contacts P1 and then through the power window control button, voltage is supplied to the engine, the glass closes.

When the glass is completely closed, the engine starts to slow down, the current increases, and the voltage drop across the resistor R4 also increases, which leads to the closing of the transistor VT2. The winding of relay K2 is de-energized, its contacts open, de-energizing the entire circuit. The protection trip current is set by resistor R2. The timer operation time is chosen to be 2-3 seconds longer than the time required for the glass to close completely. In normal mode, it does not have time to work, it will only work when, for some reason, the load disappears and there are no conditions for closing the VT2 transistor.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

Dolphin paradox resolved 16.10.2009

In 1936, English biologist John Gray calculated that a dolphin could not swim at 35 kilometers per hour because its muscle mass was insufficient to overcome water resistance at that speed. Since dolphins actually achieve even faster speeds, biologists have started talking about the "dolphin paradox".

Gray himself suggested that the matter was in the structural features of the dolphin skin, and since then the problem has been studied from this side. But recently, Professor Timothy Wei of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA) has shown that in fact the muscles of the dolphin are 10 times stronger than it was thought in Gray's time.
