The integrated amplifier TDA1562 was developed in 1998 by the concern "PHILIPS" and is a twice as powerful version of the TDA1560 (40 W). In the new amplifier, the developers have significantly improved the health of the output stage and simplified the circuit diagram even more.

Car amplifier 70W

A feature of the TDA1562 is that it operates in the H amplification mode, which is characterized by the fact that at the time of the passage of a powerful output signal pulse, the power of the final stage is thrown up by special storage circuits (4700 mF - 2 pcs).

Thus, a twofold increase in the output voltage and a fourfold increase in the output power are achieved compared to a conventional bridge amplifier (namely, these are the ones that are on almost all radio tape recorders). In addition, a very high efficiency is achieved - precisely thanks to the tracking power supply - in the rated power mode, the average current consumption of the TDA1562 barely reaches 1,5 ... 2 amperes. But this is on a real music signal. If you apply a test sinusoidal signal, then the current consumption will immediately increase to 6,5 amperes. In this case, the "tracking power" effect no longer works, that is, the storage circuits regularly raise the power supply to the final stages, but already in a constant mode, and not in a pulsed mode, as in a real music signal. But in the end, amplifiers are made to listen to music, not "sine". Here, listen to your health.

Specifications:

  • Upp.(min/max)......+8...18 V
  • Upit. optimal)......+12 V (+14,4 V)
  • Icons.(Uin.=0)).......0,15...0,2 A
  • Icons. medium) ...... 1,5 ... 2 A
  • Icons. max) ...... up to 10 A
  • Rout. nominal (RMS (sine)).......50 W (4 ohms); 30 W (8 ohm)
  • Rout. maximum)......70 W (4 Ohm.) ; 40 W (8 Ohm.)
  • fwork)......15...60000 Hz (+0 dB; -3dB)
  • Uin)......-0,707 V
  • Kusil)......26 dB
  • Kharm)......0,03%
  • Ksignal/noise)......-90 dB
  • Kdempf. (100 Hz; 4 Ohm)).......not less than 40

The amplifier has reliable output protection from K3, as well as thermal protection (just as reliable). Heat dissipation less than - 400 cm2.

Subwoofer amplifier is the most suitable job for TDA1562.

Childish simplicity of the circuit, high reliability and sufficient power - what else does an amplifier need to make a worthy pair for a subwoofer? Nothing but the right crossover. For subwoofer amplifiers, we make special crossovers, which have: an input adder, a low-pass filter, a subsonic filter, smooth phase adjustment.

Machine for thinning flowers in gardens 02.05.2024

In modern agriculture, technological progress is developing aimed at increasing the efficiency of plant care processes. The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers. ... >>

Advanced Infrared Microscope 02.05.2024

Microscopes play an important role in scientific research, allowing scientists to delve into structures and processes invisible to the eye. However, various microscopy methods have their limitations, and among them was the limitation of resolution when using the infrared range. But the latest achievements of Japanese researchers from the University of Tokyo open up new prospects for studying the microworld. Scientists from the University of Tokyo have unveiled a new microscope that will revolutionize the capabilities of infrared microscopy. This advanced instrument allows you to see the internal structures of living bacteria with amazing clarity on the nanometer scale. Typically, mid-infrared microscopes are limited by low resolution, but the latest development from Japanese researchers overcomes these limitations. According to scientists, the developed microscope allows creating images with a resolution of up to 120 nanometers, which is 30 times higher than the resolution of traditional microscopes. ... >>

Air trap for insects 01.05.2024

Agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy, and pest control is an integral part of this process. A team of scientists from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Potato Research Institute (ICAR-CPRI), Shimla, has come up with an innovative solution to this problem - a wind-powered insect air trap. This device addresses the shortcomings of traditional pest control methods by providing real-time insect population data. The trap is powered entirely by wind energy, making it an environmentally friendly solution that requires no power. Its unique design allows monitoring of both harmful and beneficial insects, providing a complete overview of the population in any agricultural area. “By assessing target pests at the right time, we can take necessary measures to control both pests and diseases,” says Kapil ... >>

Military drone Loyal Wingman with artificial intelligence 10.05.2020

Boeing Australia unveiled the prototype of the first AI-enabled Loyal Wingman unmanned aircraft for the Royal Australian Air Force.

It is the first of three drone prototypes to be built under the Loyal Wingman Advanced Development Program and the first aircraft to be designed, engineered and built in Australia in over 50 years. This is the corporation's largest investment in the creation of an unmanned aircraft outside the United States.

The main difference between the Loyal Wingman and conventional remotely controlled unmanned aerial vehicles is that it is designed to fly in coordination with crewed military aircraft, that is, pilots of other aircraft will give commands to it.

The aircraft will become the basis for the Boeing Airpower Teaming System (ATS), which is being developed by the corporation for the global defense market.

The unveiled Loyal Wingman prototype is currently undergoing ground testing. Taxiing tests will follow. The first test flight of the Boeing Loyal Wingman is expected to take place later this year.
