Transistors VT1 and VT2 must be selected according to the gain. To make your life easier, you can take a ready-made transistor assembly. Resistors R17, R18 can be made of wire.
Setting
Setting the amplifier is reduced to setting the quiescent current of the transistor VT9. A milliammeter is turned on in the collector wire break and a current of 11-50 mA is set by adjusting the resistor R70. Then the absence of a constant voltage at the output of the amplifier is checked with an accuracy of 0,1V.

All adjustments are made with the load off.
And do not forget to tightly attach the transistor VT4 to the heatsink of the transistor VT9. The temperature stability of the amplifier depends on this. You can, for example, glue it with hot glue or press it with a flange of the VT9 transistor.
