Here are some recipes chocolate.

Black chocolate

Ingredients:

cocoa butter - 1 cup;
cocoa mass (ground cocoa beans) - 3 stacks;
powdered sugar - 1 stack;
raisins, nuts to taste.

Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

White chocolate

Ingredients:

cocoa butter - 1/4 cup;
vanillin - 1 tsp;
soy milk - 1/2 tsp;
powdered sugar - 1/3 cup;
milk powder - 1/4 cup;
salt - a pinch.

Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath. Add powdered sugar, milk powder, soy milk powder, vanillin, salt. Stirring constantly, cook until dissolved and a homogeneous viscous mass is obtained.

Pour into shapes.

Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
