Here are some recipes cottage cheese.

1 method

Ingredients:

unpasteurized milk - 3 liters;
crumb of black bread.

Throw a small piece of black bread into milk and put it in a warm place for fermenting for several days. Do not stir. You should get a thick mass.

Remove the settled cream. Pour milk into a saucepan.

Place the pan on low heat. Stir gently from bottom to top. After 10-15 minutes when heated to 35-40 °C, remove from heat.

Cool for 8-10 hours until the mass separates. Cover a large bowl with cheesecloth and pour the contents of the pan into it. Tie and hang the gauze, placing a container under it for flowing whey.

Lay out the cottage cheese from gauze. Add salt to taste.

2 method

Ingredients:

unpasteurized milk - 4 liters;
a pinch of salt;
freshly squeezed lemon juice (9% table vinegar) - 4 tbsp.

Pour milk at room temperature (so that it does not burn when heated) into a large saucepan, add a pinch of salt. Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from fire. Add lemon juice or vinegar. Leave to curl for 10 minutes.

Put a sieve or colander with cheesecloth or other cloth, strain and squeeze curdled cottage cheese. For a drier and denser cottage cheese, hang it in a gauze bag for several hours. Wrap in cling film or transfer to an airtight container. Remove to refrigerator.

From strained white whey, you can make cottage cheese again.

3 method

Ingredients:

kefir of the highest fat content - 1 l.

Put kefir in a slow cooker for 30 minutes, selecting the "milk porridge" mode.

Mix, strain through cheesecloth.

Yield - 250 grams of cottage cheese.

512x512 audio channels over Ethernet 20.06.2014

ClearOne, an audio networking technology company, has announced the Converge MatrixSound Reinforcement Distribution and Processing System. ClearOne Converge is based on Dante technology.
