These soaps are mostly yellow in color and are more or less transparent. It is rare to find a good transparent soap on the market lately, since the best grades of these soaps are obtained by using alcohol, which is currently an expensive and technically inaccessible product. Transparent soaps are filled with a solution of soda, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sugar.

Clear glycerin soap

Sala melted 7 kg;
Coconut oil 3 kg;
Glycerin 2,4 kg;
Castor oil 2,6 kg;
Caustic soda solution 5,5 kg;
Wine alcohol 3,6 kg;
Syrup: Sugar 1,2 kg, Water 1,2 l.

Heat the fats and glycerin to 60 °C, filter through a fine sieve, then add hot sugar syrup, after which add sodium hydroxide solution and alcohol. Cooking is continued until the mass thickens and the sample flows from the paddle. The soap is poured into molds and cooled. Dyes are used that are soluble in water, and they are added together with alcohol.

Transparent rosin soap

Sala melted 7,5 kg;
Rosin light 2,5 kg;
Coconut oil 10 kg;
Caustic soda solution 38 °Be 10 kg;
Alcohol 10 kg;
Syrup: Sugar 3,5 kg, Water 5 l.

The remaining ingredients are added to fats heated to 90 °C. The finished soap is cooled to 50 °C and poured into molds.

Clear glycerin soap without alcohol

Fat of the highest grade 6 kg
Castor oil 7,6 kg
Coconut oil 7,4 kg
Caustic soda solution 38 °Be 10,8 kg
Solution: Crystalline soda 1,8 kg, Water 1 l;
Syrup: Sugar 6 kg, Water 6,4 l.

Melt and mix lard, castor and coconut oils and add a solution of caustic soda to the fats that have cooled to 55 °C. The mixture is mixed well until a completely saponified mass is obtained. The soap is left to stand for 1-2 hours in a well-closed cauldron and, when it becomes transparent, a solution of crystalline soda is added while stirring. The boiler is closed after 15-20 minutes, sugar syrup is added, after which the temperature is raised to 70-80 °C - and the soap is ready. Color and add the desired flavor.

To obtain such soap, scraps of various soaps, mainly boiled in coconut oil, are usually used. Heat 10 liters of water to a boil and dissolve 30 kg of soap scraps cut into shavings in it. When the soap has completely dispersed, cool it to 50 ° C and begin to beat the mass vigorously until it cools down. The mass is perfumed and poured into molds.
