You can sow in late summer to get plants that bloom late in the second year. As the leaves grow, they are harvested. Salads and seasonings for meat, fish and cereal dishes are prepared from young and juicy leaves. You can prepare the leaves for future use - salt and marinate. The plant is considered promising for cultivation in culture. Growers can do a lot to propagate this vitamin C-rich plant.
