Fundamentals of First Aid (OPMP)

Nose injury may be accompanied by swelling of the nose, redness, pain and bleeding from the nose. 1-2 days after a nose injury, bruising under the eyes may appear. In mild cases, you can handle the injury yourself, in severe cases, consult a doctor.

When to see a doctor

If the child is in severe pain.

Bleeding does not stop or, having stopped, resumes.

The nose feels deformed or breathing is difficult in one or both nostrils.

First aid

1. Reassure and reassure the child.

2. Stop nosebleeds by applying a cold compress to your nose.

3. Give your child a pain reliever, tablet or syrup, if needed.

ATTENTION!

When bleeding from the nose, do not tilt your head back, as the blood will flow into the throat, and you will not know if the bleeding has stopped.

Omate is launching a fundraising program on Indiegogo for the release of Yumi, a small home robot.
