In the process of performing work, a locksmith for the operation and repair of gas equipment (hereinafter referred to as a locksmith) must comply with the requirements of labor protection instructions for workers of relevant professions and types of work, as well as the requirements of manufacturers' instructions for the operation of gas cylinders used in the process of work, protective equipment, equipment, tools. 1.2. Work on the operation and repair of gas equipment is allowed for employees at least 18 years old, who do not have medical contraindications, and who have passed:

While on the territory of the organization, in production and amenity premises, at work sites and workplaces, employees should observe the work and rest regime, internal labor regulations approved by the organization's management. The admission of unauthorized persons, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages in these places is not allowed. 1.6. In the process of performing work, an employee may be exposed to dangerous and harmful production factors, including: gas contamination of the premises, working area; fire; explosion; falling objects from a height. 1.8. The locksmith needs to know the device and principles of operation of the equipment installed in gas distribution stations (GDS), gas distribution points (GDP) and other facilities. 1.9. In case of detection of faulty equipment, fixtures, fittings, tools, other violations of labor protection requirements that cannot be eliminated on their own, and a threat to health, personal or collective safety, the employee should report this to the immediate supervisor or employer. Do not proceed to work until the identified violations are eliminated. 1.10. If an employee has witnessed an accident, he should stop work, remove or take the victim out of the danger zone, provide the victim with first aid, call a doctor, help organize the delivery of the victim to the nearest medical facility, inform the management of the organization. When investigating the circumstances and causes of an accident, the employee should inform the commission of the information known to him about the accident. 1.11. If an accident occurs with the employee himself, he should stop working and, if possible, contact a medical institution, report the incident to the management of the organization or ask someone around to do it. 1.12. An employee guilty of violating labor protection instructions is liable in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. The locksmith needs to get acquainted with the technological process of the upcoming work, receive instruction in the prescribed manner, and sign the work permit for the performance of gas hazardous work. 2.2. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. During the performance of work in the premises of the SRS, the PIU, it is necessary to ensure continuous monitoring of work from the street through an open door in order to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the place of work and to be ready to provide first aid to victims in case of an accident. 3.2. When performing work in hydraulic fracturing and gas distribution stations, it is necessary to use a copper-plated tool that excludes sparking. In cases where the use of a steel tool is unavoidable due to the nature of the work, it must be liberally lubricated with grease, lithol or grease to prevent sparking. 3.3. It is not allowed to use a defective tool, as well as adjustable wrenches using pads and plates. 3.4. During dismantling of gas equipment, the shut-off devices on the reduction line must be moved to the closed position, and on the discharge pipelines - to the open position. Protect gas equipment from contamination and mechanical damage. 3.7. Do not use additional levers (amplifiers) when closing and opening valves of gas equipment. 3.8. It is forbidden to tighten the bolts in the covers of the RDS and PINCH-E regulators when the regulator is in working condition. 3.9. The filter housing must be thoroughly cleaned after removing the filter cassette. Disassembly and cleaning of the filter cassette in order to prevent ignition should be carried out outdoors in places remote from flammable substances and materials at a distance of at least 5 m. 3.10. Do not stuff glands in pressurized medium and high pressure valves. If necessary, perform the specified work after obtaining permission to reduce pressure and issuing a work permit for the performance of gas hazardous work. 3.11. Welding and other hot work is allowed in the premises of the GDS and GRP in exceptional cases if there is a work plan approved by the chief engineer of the organization and mandatory measures are taken to ensure safe working conditions for employees. 3.12. If gas contamination is detected in the GDS and GRP rooms, work must be immediately stopped, the room must be ventilated, all pipeline connections should be checked with a soapy emulsion, and if a malfunction is detected, eliminate the gas leak. 3.13. If it is impossible to eliminate the detected malfunction, the locksmith must immediately stop work, report this to the emergency service and the immediate supervisor, and remain in place (if possible) until the arrival of the emergency recovery team (ER). 3.14. In the joint work of the team serving the GDS and hydraulic fracturing, and the ATS team, the ATS foreman is responsible for the performance of the work. 3.15. Control and measuring devices installed in the GDS and GRP must have a stamp (seal) confirming their suitability for operation and compliance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. 3.16. Works on maintenance and repair of electrical equipment in the premises of the GDS and GRP are carried out by electrical personnel with de-energized equipment and during the daytime. In the event of a malfunction or lack of electric lighting in the GDS and GRP rooms, the use of portable rechargeable explosion-proof lamps is allowed. 3.17. The use of technical liquids intended for cleaning and wiping equipment and instruments for other purposes is prohibited. 3.18. During maintenance and operation of water heating equipment in the event of the burner flame going out, the following operations must be performed:

When installing cabinet control points (SHRP) on the wall of a building, the distance from the cabinet to a window, door or other openings horizontally must be at least 3 m at an inlet gas pressure of up to 0,3 MPa (3 kgf / cm2) and at least 5 m at inlet gas pressure over 0,3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) up to 0,6 MPa (6 kgf/cm2). At the same time, the vertical distance from the ShRP to the window openings must be at least 5 m. 3.21. Installation of fittings, equipment, as well as the device of flange and threaded connections in the channels is not allowed. 3.22. Equipment located at a height of more than 5 m should be serviced from platforms equipped with ladders with railings. 3.23. Storage of combustible, flammable and cleaning materials, gas cylinders and foreign objects in the GDS and GRP premises and their annexes is prohibited. 3.24. When moving from object to object, the locksmith must follow the Rules of the Road. 3.25. Maintenance of GDS, hydraulic fracturing and equipment located in them must be carried out by a team of at least two people. 3.26. The following deadlines must be observed:

In the event of a sudden power outage, the occurrence of extraneous noise during the operation of gas equipment, stop work, stop the operation of the equipment, post a poster "Do not turn it on!" and notify your immediate supervisor. 4.2. Do not start work until the problem is completely eliminated. 4.3. If a fire or fire is detected, immediately stop work, shut off the gas supply, turn off the electrical installations, report the fire to the fire brigade and proceed to extinguish the fire using the available fire extinguishing equipment. 4.4. In case of fire of electric motors, electric cables, it is not allowed to extinguish the flame with water. In this case, it is necessary to turn off the damaged electrical installation, and then proceed to extinguish it using fire extinguishers. 4.5. If an accident occurs, the eyewitness of which is a locksmith, he should immediately remove or take the victim out of the danger zone, report the incident to the management of the organization, and provide the victim with first aid, call a doctor, help organize delivery to the nearest medical facility. 4.6. If the accident happened to the locksmith himself, he should stop working and, if possible, contact a medical institution, report the incident to the management of the organization or ask someone around to do it. 4.7. Each worker must be able to provide first aid to the victim. In case of bruises, ensure complete rest, put cold on the bruised place; if the abdomen is bruised, do not give the victim to drink. In case of bleeding, raise the limb, apply a pressure bandage, tourniquet; in summer, the tourniquet is left for 1,5 hours, and in winter - for 1 hour. In case of a fracture, apply a splint. In case of thermal and electrical burns, close the burned area with a sterile bandage; in order to avoid infection, do not touch the burned areas of the skin with your hands and lubricate them with ointments, fats, etc. If acid or alkali gets into exposed areas of the body, immediately wash them with a neutralizing solution, and then with cold water and soap; in case of contact with alkali - with a solution of boric acid. If acid or alkali gets into the eyes, immediately rinse them with a neutralizing solution and contact a health center or a doctor. In case of all poisoning, immediately remove or remove the victim from the poisoning zone, unfasten clothing that restricts breathing, provide fresh air, lay him down, raise his legs, cover him warmly, give him a sniff of ammonia and immediately transport the victim to a medical facility. In case of electric shock, release the victim from the action of the current, if necessary, perform artificial respiration or closed heart massage. It is possible to transport the victim only with satisfactory breathing and a steady pulse. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Before stopping the equipment, first stop the gas supply, make sure that the locking devices are in good condition. 5.2. Tidy up the workplace, remove used rags, materials and other debris. 5.3. Collect tools, fixtures and put them in a specially designated place (cabinet, drawer, etc.). 5.4. Arrange personal protective equipment and put it in the designated storage area. 5.5.
