Persons who have passed a medical examination, introductory briefing, briefing and training at the workplace, testing knowledge on labor protection and having an appropriate electrical safety group are allowed to work in telegraph rooms. 1.2. Telegraph workers are obliged to: 1.2.1. Know the procedure for checking and using manual mechanical and electrical tools, devices for ensuring safe work (ladders, ladders, etc.), protective equipment (dielectric mats and gloves, tools with insulated handles, voltage indicators, goggles). 1.2.3. Perform only the work that is defined in the operating instructions for the equipment or job descriptions approved by the administration of the enterprise, and provided that safe methods of doing it are well known. 1.2.4. Know and be able to provide first aid to victims of electric current and other accidents; 1.2.5. Follow the instructions on fire safety measures. 1.3. When servicing telegraph stations, the following hazardous and harmful production factors are possible:

For non-compliance with this instruction, the perpetrators are held liable in accordance with the internal labor regulations or penalties determined by the Labor Code. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Check the serviceability of tools, devices, personal protective equipment, fire extinguishing equipment. 2.2. Check the condition of the lighting. 2.3. Report any shortcomings and malfunctions found during the inspection at the workplace to the shift supervisor. 2.4. Place the tool in the workplace, avoiding the presence of unnecessary items. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. During operation of the equipment, all casings and covers must be closed. 3.2. When working on the equipment, do not touch the live parts of plugs and plugs, relays, combs, keys, lamp holders and other parts. 3.2.1. The cords must be in perfect working order: the insulating sleeves of the plugs must not have cracks, and the cords must not have bare spots. 3.2.2. You can turn on cords and wires only by holding them by insulating sleeves. 3.3. Changing individual fuses should be done with only one hand, and the second or part of the body should not touch grounded structures. 3.4. The replacement of an ordinary fuse must be carried out by two persons, one of whom must stand at the bottom of the stepladder. 3.5. When changing individual fuses on racks, use pliers with insulated handles. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. Each employee who discovers a violation of the requirements of this instruction and labor protection rules or notices a malfunction that poses a danger to people is obliged to report this to the immediate supervisor. In cases where a malfunction poses an imminent danger to people or the equipment itself, the employee is obliged to take measures to stop the operation of the equipment, and then notify the manager. 4.2. If an accident occurs during work, it is necessary to immediately provide first aid, report the incident to your boss and take measures to preserve the situation of the accident, if this is not associated with a danger to the life and health of people. 4.3. In case of electric shock, it is necessary to release the victim from the current as soon as possible, observing safety precautions. 4.4. In the event of a fire in a technical room, you should immediately start extinguishing it with available means and call the fire department. 4.5. If extraneous voltage is detected at the workplace, it is necessary to immediately stop work and report to the shift supervisor. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1.
