General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, received introductory instructions on breast protection and initial instructions at the workplace are allowed to work independently. Once every six months, repeated instruction on labor protection is carried out, and if workers violate the rules and instructions on labor protection, unscheduled instruction is carried out. 1.2. Place stacks of boxes with dishes in such a way that there is no possibility of them falling . 3.7. Transportation of bottles and containers must be carried out mechanized. 3.8. Conveyors must be equipped with a working sound or light alarm signaling their activation. 3.9. Make sure that the boxes on the conveyor are located not across, but along the conveyor belt. 3.10. Cross the conveyor only on walkways in specially designated areas. Do not crawl under the conveyor and do not pass various objects through the conveyor. 3.11. Do not cross the conveyor with boxes or other heavy objects in your hands. Do not stand or sit on the conveyor belt, chains or rollers. 3.12. If incorrectly placed boxes follow the belt closely one after another, do not correct them while moving, but stop the conveyor and then correct the boxes. 3.13. Do not remove foreign objects (planks, broken glass, etc.) that have fallen onto the conveyor belt or are stuck between the rollers of the roller table while moving, but stop the conveyor and remove the foreign object. Remove cullet using the following equipment: broom, dustpan, hook. 3.14. Do not lift the load in excess of the permissible limit: for men - 50 kg, for women - 7 kg. 3.15. If you find malfunctions in the operation of the equipment, notify the workshop (shift) manager so that action can be taken. Continue working after troubleshooting. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. If a fire occurs, turn off the power to the electric motors and notify the fire department and the workshop manager (foreman). Take measures to extinguish the fire. In the event of further spread of fire, threatening your life and the lives of service personnel, evacuate yourself and help other workers in accordance with the workshop evacuation plan. 4.2. Provide first aid to a workmate injured in an accident. 4.3. In the event of a sudden power outage or sensation of current on the equipment, turn off the electric motor and report to the workshop (shift) supervisor to take action. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Completely clean the workplace, put broken glass and equipment in the designated area. 5.2. Hand over the shift in the prescribed manner. 5.3. Place overalls, safety shoes and personal protective equipment in a permanent storage area. 5.4. Notify the head of the workshop (foreman) in a timely manner of all noticed malfunctions in the operation of equipment, instruments and the measures taken. 5.5.
